Well.. never again will I ever go back to Gold star. This is the 4th order in a row that has been just awful. We have tried all the locations in Hamilton, Route 4, Erie, now the Main street one (this time we tried the drive thru). I would show a picture of the chili cheese fries but it was too disgusting. First the guy at the window talked way too fast. We had to ask him to slow down. He is definitely not a people person.. wouldn't even look at us while we paid at window. Wow. Got home only for the 4th disappointment in a row. I got chili cheese fries. I mean..how hard is it to make these. I opened my container and it looked like pig slop. The fries were raw!! Really!! Pathetic. Next I have no idea what was on top of that but it looked like something you would feed to a pig. All on the bottom was about 1/2 inch of oil. I almost vomited. I called my friend and he had the same experience. His chili dogs were not good and his chili cheese fries were also raw. Kind of like they just threw everything together. These employees need more training. He ate a bite and like me threw it away. What a waste of money. The bill was over $20.00. There is NO absolutely NO excuse for this!!! Never again. I'll eat at Skyline from now on. Gold star chili used to be so good but it has really gone downhill. I don't know if it's bad employee training or bad management but it's just sad. Four times in a row from different Gold Star's..I don't know what else to say. I'm so disgusted. Please do not send me some scripted generic response to call this or that number..I won't. You read this you can pass it on. If I could give -10 stars I would. It was that bad. All four fricken times!! Sad..sad..sad..

I love there chili cheese fries ( gold star has a really nice touch of heat to it which is way better then skyline) skyline has a sweetness to it that I personally don't agree with. Gold stars crinkle cut fries are alot bigger a holds onto the chili like they should unlike....you know anyways thanks for a great experience guys

Every single time I stop by the drive thru or door dash from this restaurant they manage to forget something. It's impressive almost on account of I order here alot and statistically they should've given me the right order at least once. But I'm done, boo gold star.
I was pleasantly surprised !!! Wonderdul customer service !!!I can't lie. I wasn't expecting to be so pleased with my visit.So we wanted skyline, but they were closed !!!!We were bummed but then someone suggested Goldstar!!!When I pulled in, there were about 3 to 4 cars in front of me. I waited a reasonable amount of time to get to the speaker, considering the number of cars in line .Both employees who greeted me were extremely nice .They read back the order and offered a free drink for my wait . Communicated throughout the wait. When giving my order to me, they explained all the bags as they handed them to me. They also apologized for the wait.Everything was correct, and I really did not wait long at all.Great Job !!!

Been here twice the right time it was fine but the second time this Place gave me severe food poisoning for days, it was horrific I will definitely Will never go back, disgusting.

THANK YOU!! This is the BEST Gold Star to go to. I've been there twice recently and it was so different from what it used to be. The customer service is amazing and the food was made so perfectly. It was absolutely delicious and I really give props to front counter/ drive-thur. He really knows how to treat customers and make sure the experience there is pleasant!! Thank you so much!!

Set an alarm for 20 minutes and there was only one person at the ordering menu when I put in line. As I pulled in the parking lot I could see three if not four people just standing around not doing anything they may have been doing doordash or Uber Eats orders but the fact that I had to sit in the drive-through for 20 minutes was ridiculous you're still not allowed to come in and eat and the dining area it's drive-thru only which makes it more complicated
