I ordered two DoorDash deliveries back to back and at first I thought it was the driver however, after the second delivery came, I noticed it was not the drivers. Something or someone at this restaurant is smoking near the food. My bags smelled like cigarette smoke. The health department really needs to come in and inspect. It’s disgusting

As a co-chair of hospitality for the Ross Intermediate School's PTO we're always looking for ways to include our local businesses when giving back and showing appreciation to the staff at our school. I personally have worked with Sam, the manager, and his team the past several years to provide teachers and present staff with a meal during their in-person conferences. This location is not only a family favorite place as my boys and I do visit often 😄 but this is also a staple of the Ross Community. HUGE shout out and so much gratitude to Gold Star in Ross, Ohio 10 outta 10 recommend!!! THANKS!! also to add real quick when I have family come in from out of town (there are no Gold Stars that we know of North of Dayton, Ohio) first stop is and probably always will be Gold Star ⭐

Wife got the chicken sandwich and upgraded the side to fully loaded fries (chili and cheese). I got a burger and fries. Wound up taking my full burger home because the loaded fries were so large. Added my fries to the loaded and was full from that.

Delicious food and fast, courteous service. Couple of servers working the floor, easy to get refills, etc. The owner Sam was there too and working alongside employees - checking on patrons, bringing drinks, and helping bus tables. Have been before and will definitely go again!
