No one to seat us. Then once seated ordered water which was served with 2 ice cubes and was warm . When finally got to order it took a long time to get food. They were busy so that was understandable. Someone else brought the food. No check was delivered to table. Poor service. Left no tip.
The food is good.The place is so nice.The service is really super nice, especially Holly she was so nice friendly and professional.When she knew this is the first time we tried their food ,she gave us coney as a sample to give it a shot, it was delicious ? absolutely we will come back??
I'm sorry I was on it might be thinking it was a location in Berea Kentucky where I live half the time the location of Ross was very good what's your location in Berea Kentucky that's lukewarm or cold I haven't been back since then I'm sorry about the mix-up
