The owner of this Biggby helped me immensely while trying to find community donations for my classroom reward system! Her service and care was above and beyond! I have been to both Biggby’s in Hamilton and my drink is always perfect!

This Biggby Coffee sucks! The drive-thru service is painful! I've probably been here a dozen times and more than once I left because the service is so bad.

So today I gave up on the drive-thru, parked walked inside to order, only to be told by the staff that they don't take orders inside. You've got to be kidding me!!!!!

So I went back to the car drove across town past by the east side Biggby turned left on route 4 and another left right into STARBUCKS and guess what I walked inside, they took my order for $25 worth of drinks and away we went.

Seriously the owner of the Westside Biggby should be ashamed of their business or lack there of!!!!!

Why don't you just close the place I mean the service would be the same!!!!!

Every time my husband goes and gets us coffee it's good I love it and sometimes he has to wait but most of the time he gets in and out foods okay my husband likes their food but I'm picky on food but I love butter bear ❤️

Ordered some food from the Bob Evans up the street. They said it would be ready in 25 mins. So I drove to Biggby. Spent 20 mins in the drive thru to just get coffee. This was my first ever at Biggby coffee. Thank goodness the coffee was above average.

Ordered online and waited 20 mins for just a sandwich and two drinks. The employees always seem so clueless. There is only one male employee that hurries with thro process and give correct food. Everyone else just moves slow, hands out incorrect food/drinks, barely any cream cheese when extra was ordered. I've seen turtles who move faster than this crew when the one gentleman is not there. Very disappointing

I have been in the drive thru line for 15 minutes just waiting to place my order. We are still waiting and it is going to be 20 minutes just for one coffee and some pre-made, over priced donut holes. This is absolutely terrible

My coffee is perfect ever since time & the food is delicious! The real treat is the STAFF! I frequently visit this biggby and the staff here is unmatched. Every single person is kind and patient. There's smiles on everyone's faces. They make my morning! Thank you so much for all your hard work. My favorite coffee shop!!

Stopped in the drive thru for an iced butter bear.... I got a cup of apple juice with whipped cream on top... Definitely Not any coffee

First time at a Biggby. Waffle sandwich & iced latte were great! They really need to come up with a better parking lot & drive thru. We were grid locked in for 5 minutes or so. Could not get out.
