i went through the drive-through and wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted, because it was my first time trying biggby, and I explained the flavors and the barista hooked me up with the best frozen latte I’ve ever had in my entire life.
Great coffee shop with seasonal food specials. I e never had an issue with the quality of the coffee or the staff, they're always prompt and communicative. I do wish the drive thru flow was a bit better, can be awkward getting into/out of the location.
Usually I always have a good experience when I go to this location, but sometimes they screw up my order and don’t give me everything I paid for. I’m a pretty consistent customer, and always tip over 20% regardless of my experience, but my order has been wrong more times that it should. Not sure what their system is, but if I pay for bacon on a bagel and for a bag of chips, I expect to at least get the chips. My bagel had only egg on it as well, and that’s just the most...
