Please change the fries back. The new fries are HORRIBLE. Been going here for years and have liked it a lot until recently. (Past 4-6 months) The cake has been dry or out of stock. Items missing from orders. The parking lot has needed to be redone for YEARS and the cleanliness should really be addressed better. Please use gloves when handling our food and don’t touch anything other then our food.

I went In there and the lady at the counter was literally not paying any attention to me because she was at the counter looking at her phone instead of waiting on me. She was rude as can be the customer service sucks. I got a 15 piece shrimp meal got 1 cocktail sauce really I went on may 21,2024

Food was disgusting! This was one of the worst Hooks I've ever been to. Pizza puff was full of spicy seasoning. Catfish nuggets were not made from Catfish. The owners should really change the name because the real Hooks would never!!!! Don't waste your time just try the Mikes restaurant next door.

Always friendly workers once forgot an item and worker ran out the door to catch us before pulled off not alot restaurants do that most will let ya take off and no effort to try and catch ya to give u what was missing till get home and be mad! She was on point ☝️ lovea her job making sure customers happy and satisfied to wanna come back

Me and my wife come here often. Today we went got our same order she’s a very plain eater and I don’t like mushrooms. This African American man took our order. I couldn’t hear a word he said my order is completely wrong sauce and sides I payed for were nowhere to be found. He tried charging me 45 dollars for a 25 dollar order. The one eyed lady is lovely and very pleasant.”sorry idk your name” but this guy who I’ve only seen this one time is probably the worst worker I’ve ever seen. I work in food so I’m very understanding but this guy just didn’t care. Won’t be coming here Monday and you guys shouldn’t either
