Sam H over there constantly makes sure all my needs are met with great customer service down to even asking how I’ve been I’ll definitely be keeping my business with hot heads thanks to his kind spirit as well as making sure I am happy with the food, keep it up Sam!! Edit: I’ve since when back and Sam has once again blown me away with how many options I’ve never thought about this latest time I’ve got a bowl with some of the best chicken and brown rice with grilled peppers and guacamole I will say he keeps impressing me with his charisma and dedication to his craft keep it up once again kind sir!

I ordered Hot Head via Door Dash today. Very disappointed. Burrito was mostly rice. Very little Chicken and almost no beans. I won't be ordering from them again. Shame on them!

Chipotle was out of everything so I went here. Thank goodness I did. Staff was so friendly everything was available the vegetables are amazing. I'll never go back to Chipotle. Thank you to the staff you made my night happier

My wife and I came here about two months ago to order for ourselves, as well as a friend that was with us. We usually go to the Fairfield location, but we were over in that part of town. We had a great experience. They were kind enough to honor a coupon we had that was technically for another location, so I appreciate them for that. Now the burritos/bowl we got. The person that made our burritos had some special method down to a T. Now, our food at Hothead is consistently very good. But that day they were stellar. My wife recalled it wasn't any additional ingredient that was put on it; It was the order the lady was putting the ingredients on (I wish I knew to ask for her name). I can't remember the exact order, but somehow the small difference in how she built it made these burritos even more delicious than usual. I don't usually even use the word stellar, but it applies here. When we spoke with our friend later, he even commented that was probably the best Hothead he has ordered before. Thanks again!

Three of us ordered for lunch at work as we often do but won't anymore. Horrible experience. The small bowl was not toasted as requested. One of the orders of a regular bowl requested chips. The chips were put on top of the bowl not on the side. Another bowl ordered requested light sour cream and "drain juice of beans" in the notes. The rice was drenched in bean juice and loaded with sour cream and the spicy sauce was left off. A coworker took two of the bowls back to be remade. Jarrod made the order as well as interacted with our employee that went back to the store. He actually said that the person who's bowl it was must not have known what she really wanted and just didn't like what she ordered and shouldn't order something she didn't like. Regarding the bean juice, he stated it wasn't on the order. I have the receipt and yes it was. Regarding the sour cream, he got disgusted and said since he can't read the person's mind, he was putting the sour cream on the side. Will not eat there again until he's gone.
