I get closing time is there for a reason and people that work hard deserve to go home in a timely manner. However, when the store is dark at 8:58 and money is being counted but the door is not locked…I guess this particular location closes at 8:50. Not a good look!

FOOD ALLERGY: While the staff was so nice & patient - it’s just not food allergy safe. I notified the staff of our severe ANA food allergies, they gladly wiped things down & changed gloves. We triple checked every item going on the sandwiches. Both dairy allergy family members still had a reaction unfortunately.Dietary restrictions: Not food allergy safe.

Just got an ordered delivered here and it might as well have been a marijuana sandwich. The smell of marijuana was so thick inside the bag and on the outside of the drink cup etc that I'll probably fail any future drug test. So unprofessional.
Had a turkey tom, the first few bites were great, but it seems they spilled salt on it in a vast quantities. It made it unedible.

I just want to take a minute and thank Doug for a very Happy Easter! My 90 year old mom want something different for Easter this year. I came up with Parkway Tavern Roast Beef Po Boy, a New Orleans Classic, oh yeah! I had the best roast beef recipe in my hand, but I could not find good French bread anywhere! Them I called Jimmy John's and Doug saved the day! I bought 10 loafs of fresh perfect French bread and my whole family lost their mind over the incredible Parkway Tavern Roast Beef Po Boys! Thank you Doug for working with me so that I got the perfect product!

Last visit to this location mas I’ve had issue with orders before. Today I ordered the Turkey Tom and got 2 pieces of Turkey with lettuce and some tomato. Almost no lunch meat on an $8 sandwich. Skip this location , seems they have quality control issues
