Inexpensive root beer drive-in. The root beer here is delicious along with the footlong coneys! There are a few picnic tables outside to eat at along with one inside table if you don't want to eat in your car. Friendly staff.

Tonight, was my first time at Jolly's. My waitress (forgot to ask her name) had short, curly brown hair and she wore glasses. She is a sweet person... very pleasant personality. The food was awesome! It tasted great and was HOT... I loved that!! Miss Waitress offered a suggested Rootbeer to go and said, "Hope to see you again"!! Very nice visit... I will come back!!

Ordered the hot dog with everything & Frosty mug root beer. Delicious! So much better than Sonic. I’d say it was close in comparison to Skyline except I felt that they are two very different kinds of coneys. Very nice atmosphere & friendly employees.

Fun place however our order was wrong and we had to go in to get it right they forgot about us after we told them. Everything was saturated with mustard bag, wraper, food, and I can't have mustard.

My first visit & probably my last. The best hotdogs in the city, a bit over exaggerated. My footling didn’t fit the bun, overloaded with mustard, hard to hold I think because they steam the bun. The hamburger was mediocre. The brown cow was the best item I ordered.
