Every time I come to this location, my order is wrong. I tell them Nashville, hot bowls, the famous bowls I told them to take the corn out, and I still want the bowl Nashville, hot and refused to make Nashville hot even though I asked him to make a Nashville hot and they be so skimpy on the chicken that goes in the bowl and my pan five dollars put more chicken in my bowl

Service was quick and friendly and the restaurant was clean
On multiple occasions I or someone i know who isn’t white, always has a hard time getting service (clear racism), ikr if my good friends just went with her family (mexicans, stepdad has an accent but it’s not too heavy i can understand him perfectly fine.) he had to go back because half the order was missing. And the worker who had taken their order had asked him to repeat several times, he did and she acted like she didn’t know what he was saying. then my friend (no accent what so ever) told her and she then said “we don’t have the food You want”. it could’ve been like that from the start instead of taking almost 15-20 minutes

The drive thru line took forever but the food was very good.
Ordered and paid online with the KFC app. Other KFC’s allow those customers to simply pick up inside. This one hides your food, makes you wait through the line, and then simply ignored me. I wasn’t able to pick up the order and left without it. Thought about using the drive thru for a second attempt but the line was about seven cars long. Ate at Skyline!

I ordered our food at 8:09. Was pulled to the side. Waited about 10 minutes to only be given the WRONG order. I blame myself that I didn’t check it and got all the way home before I found it out. Drove all the way back (called to let them know I was coming and why) only to be given my ORIGINAL food…they didn’t even “fix their mistake” by giving me fresh food…just the original out of the warmer. No apology. No partial refund. Nothing. 50 minutes later, I’m eating soggy, semi warm food. ?

The only thing edible was the mashed potatoes. Ordered a family bucket extra crispy- breading was falling off the uncooked- no good chicken. Tried calling 5 times within the past 30 minutes, no answer. Useless workers it seems.
