This is horrible KFC, went there on my way home Nov. 26,2025 and ordered 2-3 piece meals original recipe. Out of 6 pieces we received 1 original and the rest was crispy.Called there, talked to a guy who said he was the manager. He told me they must of been out of original and he gave us crispy to fill the order without telling us. Well after I tried to get a credit he hung up on me. No kidding hung up on me!! We will never go back. From the reviews this happens constantly. The night manager that was working this night Nov. 26, at 7:00 pm needs to be fired immediately.

You guys are scam artists. I ordered a large potato wedge around 8:30, and you guys sent me a half empty container with some old rock-hard wedges. I then tried to reach out with the app & you guys just responded with a we're busy and will reach out at our earliest convenience. Look don't use the app unless you can pick up your food yourself to check it for freshness the hot wings weren't in the best of shape either

Last night I went to get myself and kids a little something My order was wrong called up and the employee was rude and did not give phone to manager I called today and the manager sounded like middle age female was just as rude I asked for a corporate number and she said she did not have one because she just took over the store and also refused to give the name of the franchise and then hung up the phone…….. Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful and very poor management

This place is horrible for customer service, Refused to give a cash refund 5 minutes later Because the quality of the food was horrible After waiting 15 minutes for the food. The overall attitude of these people is horrendous And the Food has went seriously downhill over past year.

Every time I come to this location, my order is wrong. I tell them Nashville, hot bowls, the famous bowls I told them to take the corn out, and I still want the bowl Nashville, hot and refused to make Nashville hot even though I asked him to make a Nashville hot and they be so skimpy on the chicken that goes in the bowl and my pan five dollars put more chicken in my bowl
The worst place to go to the drive thru is very very slow and then got lippy with you when you ask if you can even order what a waste of time I will never go here ever again

Service was quick and friendly and the restaurant was clean
On multiple occasions I or someone i know who isn’t white, always has a hard time getting service (clear racism), ikr if my good friends just went with her family (mexicans, stepdad has an accent but it’s not too heavy i can understand him perfectly fine.) he had to go back because half the order was missing. And the worker who had taken their order had asked him to repeat several times, he did and she acted like she didn’t know what he was saying. then my friend (no accent what so ever) told her and she then said “we don’t have the food You want”. it could’ve been like that from the start instead of taking almost 15-20 minutes
