The cake was a cake that they already had made in their display of cakes. I asked if they could write my coworkers name on the cake. Jeff. Very simple. The lady was talking on the phone and messed it up the first time and just swiped the scissors through it and wrote over it. The scissor marks still through the cake. I was on my way to work and it was for a coworkers birthday which is today so I just had to take as is and pay $30 for it. Very disappointed. I should have just wrote it myself. Also... the employee never got off her personal phone.

Was closed today due to no power they said! Pharmacy is a joke in this store! Drive thru is never open, disabled and hard to do a lot of walking to have to go in to the store! Also they never have the meds you need. Have had to go to Tylersville store for 4 months to pick up a script that Hamilton store says they can’t get! Why can one get it and not the other? Place sucks!

Was hung up on, laughed at, my order never delivered. Was told 'this may sound messed up but once it leaves the store ain't nothing we can do'. While family struggle, $100 worth of groceries and I now have to wait 5 to 7 days for a refund? This was James and Sarah. After 10 calls to get someone to answer and an hour later, James finally figured it out and only after I prompted him to apologize he did. I am a grown woman that doesn't take to anyone yelling at me and he did with the reason.of him being in managment. If he would have actually talked to me and my son without yelling it would have been handled in 15 minutes. He said he was receiving stock and that is why he was raising his voice. Really? I will never go to that store again
In the midst of this pandemic I have been utilizing click list and while the people seem nice Kroger is always out of stock on half the order. The "substitutions" are often not comparable and that is if a substitute is offered at all. I can't fathom how this Kroger is so unprepared for it's own sales. They are out of salmon and shrimp and ramen and the hamburger rolls and plain bagels and margarine and pork chops and chicken tenders etc. If something doesn't change I will start grocery shopping elsewhere.

Very reasonable prices, I use to go to Walmart a lot , but realized they are not the cheapest around and the lines to check out was getting exhausting, I been going to Kroger ever since I moved to Texas from St. Louis a year ago now

Every single time I go into the ladies restroom.. it is disgusting.. I’ve even complained twice.. one being at the beginning of my shopping trip I tell them I really have to use the restroom.. and that there was piss all over the toilet. They said they would handle it, about 30 mins go by, and I’m finished shopping so I go to the restroom because surely to god they had it cleaned up.. nope, they didn’t still pee and toilet paper all over the place. Don’t recommend using their bathrooms, you’d think with all the corona crap they’d be on it. They’re not.
