I had posted a not so great review based on customer service earlier today. Little did I know how wrong I was. I had placed an order and did not receive my full order. When I emailed the company their response went to spam and for some reason was not coming up when I searched the company name in my email. This arrived today just hours after my poor review. I couldn't be happier to have been so wrong! So sorry that I jumped to the wrong conclusion and thought I was being dismissed....
I purchased this coffee from Hobby Lobby. I told my mom, I hope it taste good...well I have to say it does. This is my first time having this coffee brand and I am not disappointed. The flavor of the cinnamon cookie that come thru, but not too strong. It is just right. I am glad I purchased it.
Literally ordered about 6 to 9 bags every couple months. Some of the best coffee I ever had. I went to the website a couple months back and I do not know what is going on. For the last couple months they have almost no whole bean coffee, and some gimmicky countdown timer keeps trying to tell me only so many left. This is literally our fav coffee, I am telling we have tried a lot. Please fix your website and get whole bean. How a higher end coffee roaster not have whole bean but...
