i put in an order at 11:00 AM!!!! and had a pickup for 7:45pm, still took them 30 min to get my order out. this is dumb. i also talked to other customers in the restaurant and they agreed.

My order was for a half pepperoni and half cheese but the whole pizza had pepperoni and the wait was long. I think there was a language barrier as the man at the drive thru window had trouble with my name. I ordered online so the order should have been correct.
Kid-friendliness: Not very customer friendly. And the language barrier was an issue.

I ordered a pizza and a crazy bread combo. Only the pizza and the sauce were delivered! It apparetly rocket science to figure out nobody orders sauce by itself and that the bread was missing. The Uber driver said he confirmed the order with the store and refused to deliver the missing item. It took numerous calls to the store to even get them to answer. Extreme language barrier. Kept getting told to call back in 5 minutes. B. Was told I had to come to the store. What is the point in ordering for delivery if I could come to the store? After arguing, finally took my name for replacement then told me I had to come in tonight (we discussed that several times already!) or tomorrow!! WTH?!? Do not order from this restaurant! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Thanks for ruining dinner.

I first tried using the mobile app which directed me to call the store since there was a issue. Okay whatever, I call and get told to hang on a second, understandable, to then sit there for over ten minutes listening to what sounds like cars driving by not even normal like restaurant sounds, I'm listening to a road. Then I figure I'll call back in case the phone was sat down and forgotten. Proceed after two rings to be sent to a message saying the number didn't have a mailbox and this happened multiple times. Can't rate the food cause I can't even order it.

Just do better! We had to ask twice for new breadsticks as they were dry even when we asked for the extra on them. This place used to be so good but has definitely went downhill!

Guy taking my order said lunch combo doesn’t come with a drink on Fridays. Second time he’s told me the combo doesn’t come with a drink and the last time was another week day. Yet on the menu in store, the lunch combo is there with a drink and says “weekdays 11-2”. I feel lied to.

Stopped in to order a pizza... very busy...2 workers...they kept it moving one young man even offered to carry out the older gentlemans order...pizza was excellent...wait was a little bit! Keep up the good work and attitude!

Got a pop and a pepperoni pizza tonight. The pop was nice and cold. Unfortunately, so was the pizza. Hot and ready is a misnomer. It was ready, but definitely not hot. I could tell the pizza had been sitting around and had already started to cool off when they handed me the box. I should have handed it back to them and asked for a fresh one. Had to microwave it and it heated up okay, but didn't taste very good. I've had this problem with their pizzas before but kept giving them chances, primarily because the prices are more reasonable compared to the other pizza places. No more though. This was the last one. They just aren't that good anymore. It isn't worth it.
