Loved the girl that waited on me, also ordered it from her on the phone. She was sweet, bubbly, and so pleasant to work with. She needs a big raise, because you don't get this kind of service every day with fast food places.

Ordered a pret,el crust pizza online. Was given regular crust with pretzel salt on it.. CLEARY NOT pretzel crust! I called the store and had to speak with a guy who didn't speak or understand English. I used my patience, but ii guess it irritated him as he hung upon me. With many pizza choices in the area customer service should be their number one mission. I guess at 6.99 a pizza I should have been happy with what they gave me. Next time I will go somewhere where they serve what I ask/pay for and offers great customer service.

Well a few days ago I contacted corporate and they still haven’t replied so now I am just going to leave a review and find a new little Caesars. I went here a few days ago and got a pizza just to find parchment paper in my pizza the picture below shows I almost ate it when I pulled it back out of my mouth I seen the paper and I almost immediately got sick 🤢 just a heads up 👀.
Went got to pizza to go it was the two pizza hot and ready and the ask me you didn't leave a tip k said got it to go and ask him is he get payed tip wages he said none of my business

This is my third time trying to get the pretzel pizza from this Little Caesars location. Every time it has looked just like this a regular medium pizza with cheese sauce on it. The guy working acts like he doesn't understand when I tell him this is not look like a pretzel pizza I've never been more just please with a Little Caesars and all my trips

Ordered 2 pretzel crust pizzas thru the app. Was notified it was ready for pickup. Got there and it was not ready. Had to wait 7 minutes. Also this has happened twice now at 2 different locations…NO Pretzel crust on our pizzas. Just regular dough with salt sprinkled on.

i put in an order at 11:00 AM!!!! and had a pickup for 7:45pm, still took them 30 min to get my order out. this is dumb. i also talked to other customers in the restaurant and they agreed.

My order was for a half pepperoni and half cheese but the whole pizza had pepperoni and the wait was long. I think there was a language barrier as the man at the drive thru window had trouble with my name. I ordered online so the order should have been correct.
Kid-friendliness: Not very customer friendly. And the language barrier was an issue.
