They don't care about walk up orders at the counter. We were told that it would be another 15 minutes to take our order, even though we had already waited 10 minutes. They kept taking online orders and drive through orders. The workers were working very had but were overwhelmed.

The best KFC original recipe I've had in a long time.

Food isn't as good as it used to be. They was out of original chicken and didn't have dark meat on either one do didn't really get what I wanted

Aside from the chicken being divine, his service was spectacular. The guy was very kind and friendly. He made the moment very pleasant with his little Spanish. He went out of his way to make his service very enjoyable. Congratulations to this good Samaritan.

Wow I should have listened to myself when I used the restroom before ordering if the bathroom is bad chances are the food is too..this must be how KFC feels about the Sunday evening crowd,burnt greasy chicken half filled sides and less than great service I promise I would have returned this sad excuse of a meal if it wasn't a 20 min drive for me..If KFC can't do any better than this do us a favor and go out of business...PLEASE STOP WASTING MY TIME AND MONEY.

Stopped by the one on west side of hamilton ohio yesterday the hushpuppies were so old and over cooked it was almost dust on the inside and the shrimp was hard and chewy the fish was the only thing that was eatable threw the rest away how on a Sunday afternoon it could be so old

NEVER a good experience. It doesn't matter the time of day or who is working - the food just isn't good at this location anymore.
If I want a quick and cheap seafood meal - I just drive to Fairfield now and go to Captain D's. It is out of the way, but at least I don't feel like I've wasted my $$$. Plus, their staff are much more friendly and welcoming than the staff at LJS.
