Workers were nice, bit shy but nice.
Food was very good.
But the actual atmosphere, it just needs some attention. Good but not great. Cleanliness has a lot to be desired. AC wasn't really making it comfortable that day.
You have GREAT potential, just tighten it up a bit and show WHY you have the Accolades you do. Strive for Perfection, not just Good.

Surprisingly good burgers and fries. I didn't expect to have such tasty food from this place. The burgers were moist and well seasoned and the fries were awesome.

The burger was worth the price . My only issue and that's partly on me for not checking before pulling out was I didn't get any silverware or napkins fir my loaded and very messy fries.

Very rude staff. Ordered food & drinks through the drive thru. I got my food & had to wait a long time for my drinks. Nobody ever came to the window & I had to knock on the window to get their attention & when I did the staff members were very rude & made it a problem that they had to make our drinks

Burger was pre cooked sitting off to the side, dry and rubbery. Milkshake not handmade but in a pre made cup n mixed when ordered. Worse burger experience I ever had would've been better off going to Wendy's or McDonalds. Would not recommend this place

Has to be some of the best burgers you'll have. I recommend getting a small order of the Cheddar, bacon ranch fries, they're phenomenal.

Unique burgers and other sandwiches. Staff was cordial and attentive. It was hot and humid inside to the point it was uncomfortable but that was minor. Burgers and fries were good...large portions...I will be back

They don't season the burger patties.

Say there open till ten but couldn’t even make something when I went in when it says open they should be serving till ten pm …..

Really? This is seriously the avocado that you put on? And little tiny bit of sauce?

Tied of the same ol same ol? Lots of flavors/toppings here as well as yummy onion Rings.

Greasy food large portions didn't look clean ...

The best part is the amount of food you get but I can't get behind sloppy burgers. There is too much grease and sauce (Dragon's Breath). All of the contents slide out and can't be enjoyed together as intended.

I know the foil wrapper is supposed to hold the burger together but the buns end up getting steamed too much and fall apart because they're soggy. The food looks nothing like on the menu. If I'm dining in I want my burger outside of a wrapper so everything stays dry and crisp. I think there's a lot of potential here but unfortunately after giving this a second chance today and given the lack of presentation I'll pass on this one for now on.

Can't say much for the atmosphere either since there was a large group of customers in there today who had most of the seating rearranged.
