Don’t eat here unless you want the female working the front counter to be rude to you! Barely made it into the front door and was immediately greeted with a very rude demeanor.

Food was hot and presented well. Wish it was the food I ordered.
This is the best location ever!!! We got there at least 2 a week with our Bible study or quick lunch after church. The food it always great and fresh , very quick ,and trust me our church group people not easy to handle it not only 10 people always , but some older people usually don't remember what they order. I want to say special Thank You to all employees who works there for them very kind and patient service, always with smile , and always very attentive, manager Angel ( she is an Angel) to put up with us. No matter how busy they are, always doing a great job . Highly recommend this location, Can't say enough a good words about them. Thank you guys again, and see you soon .Always super clean as well

When things go wrong it’s a great time for a business to step up with awesome customer service. It’s Black Friday and my daughter and I stopped in for lunch. The cashier mistakenly put the order in for pick up instead of eat in. After waiting for half an hour for our food I went up to inquire about it. They apologized profusely, refunded our entire meal, remade everything AND gave us free cookies. The food was delicious as always and I highly recommend the Carmel apple cookies! Mistakes happen, we’re all human after all but the front of house manager Deena went above and beyond to make it right. We’ll definitely be back!

Went there for an interview. Was never greeted, when finally approached and told to have a seat. No manager came to give interview for 20 mins. Someone finally came and got my name and went to the back to pull my resume and never came back. I turned to look at the front counter and the manager was laughing and texting with other employees and completely forgot about the interview. I walked out.

This has become my wife's new favorite restaurant. They do a fantastic job. Affordable and yummy.
We had movers at our home and catered them, club sandwiches, loaded spuds, and hot Rubens. Ask your movers what they would like to eat no one wants pizza five days a week.
We love the food, prices and wonderful staff.
Parking: Easily assessable plenty of parking.

This place used to be great, no complaints. The last few times my family and I went has been disappointing. My sister's Italian upset her stomach and my mom's chili upset her stomach. There was a strand of hair in my broccoli container at the very bottom. My kid's Pizza was cool when it came out and so was his Mac and cheese, both hardly warm.
The nearby tables had dishes on them that were not cleared off the entire time we were there, for our last two visits. We had to clean our table before sitting down (no dishes but table was gross).
We waited in line and then at the register for several minutes. Why call us up and then ignore us to continue doing other things? Please do better overall, I want to come back but won't be for a while because of our last few experiences.

I just catered a group of 12 women at the Hamilton/Fairfield McAlister. I had the spud bar and it was amazing. Every employee was wonderful and I could not have asked for a more wonderful experience. Thanks to all that worked on September 13th today.

Tried the new Cuban sandwich. It wasn’t bad but being from south Florida, this was in no way a Cuban sandwich. A Cuban sandwich is on a very specific style bread, pressed and cut in half at an extreme angle. That said, it was good tasting. Sweet tea was good. Service was friendly but a little slow considering the restaurant was deserted. I would for sure come back to this location again, but order something else.
