Food, amazing!! I highly recommend trying the jalapeno turkey crunch, and I don't know where they get their potatoes from but they are HUGE!! #potatoesonsteroids. As far as customer service goes, very friendly anywhere i go!! My order has only been messed up one time & they were so quick to fix it!! McAlister's over Panera, hands down. ???Kid-friendliness: I Love their kids menu & so does my 2 year old!! Her fave is the turkey melt (we occasionally switch it up & get pretzel dogs) , Mac & cheese or fruit, lemonade, and a cookie comes with the kids meals as well!!

I have always liked the food here and we tend to visit when around the area. Staff are helpful and the food is prompt. Lately however I think inflation has started to price me out of here. It's not that they are terribly expensive it's just that the price doesn't justify what you actually get.

Ordered a spicy turkey melt with no avocado and Mac n cheese & four cheese melt with chicken tortilla soup. The girl who took our order was polite and read our orders back to us correctly, however, they had avocado on the turkey melt instead of leaving it off like we asked. Food was ready in about 15 minutes.

Its cool most of the time but I am salty everytime I dont get a pickle like.....damn near be the best part
McAlister's Deli catered our client event and they did an amazing job with the box lunches! No issues and each box had the person's name on them. Food was delicious and everyone was happy. Their catering managers were very patient and helpful as we had to cancel two lunches last minute. We will definitely order from McAlister's Deli in the future!

I drive a truck and I was passing thru and stopped in for dinner. Struggled with what to get and ended up with the French dip. One word....excellent.
First of all what the heck is going on with Yelp? There are three different reviews on here with different names with the same picture of a young lady. I think these people are either fake or paid by Yelp. No matter McAlister's a chain and pretty good deli food whichever location you go to. This location is not the best as the prior Applebee's before it had success in the beginning but failed as the nearby strip shopping area has declined. The one at VOA is a better location

Every time we do carryout, we ask for pickle spears and never get them. I know, it’s just a pickle, but it’s the principle of ordering something and mot getting it. How hard is it?

I had free food vouchers for dinner here and I still felt it necessary to complain. Service was great, but the food was awful. My son's pretzel dogs came out cold. My wife's baked potato was also cold and my food was just very bland. This place consistently underwhelms.
