I love this McDonald's. The food is great, the orders are correct, and the employees are polite. I ordered breakfast today (as opposed to my regular lunch choice). The breakfast sandwich was so delicious and made correct to my request. MMMMm-McDonalds!

Horrible customer service I could not even hear what the lady was trying to explain to me through the speaker They closed breakfast at 10:30 Had multiple incompetent experiences at this location

Worst ice coffee ever didn't listen to what was ordered and service was slow in the drive thru there was only 1 guy who brought our order out to us he was very pleasant and did his job with a smile unlike the rest of the employees it seemed like it was a chore to be there. Won't be stopping there again

Okay so I understand it’s McDonald’s, okay? It’s never gonna be great. But hair in the food? That’s bad. And they never give you sauce. The customer service is bad. Again, I understand people aren’t gonna be thrilled to work at McDonald’s, but these guys seem like they would rather bare chest slip n slide down a sheet of sand paper than say hello to you at the window…

Hardly understand what's coming out of the speaker, and ridiculously slow.

Just left with 30 dollars worth of food and drinks that isn't even edible. 1 of the sandwiches is wrong. The other 3 the eggs have black marks all over them to the point i can taste it and its gross. The coffee is really nasty almost burnt tasting. Very disappointed.

Had a mobile order. Gave her my code. She said she didn’t have it. Left me sitting at the drivethru for five minutes, said nothing. Then I said “hello?” And she was rude to me, like I’m not the customer and have the power to find a solution.

Found hair stuck in my biscuit and ended up throwing away three meals for breakfast. Black Mold all over the ceilings. Flies all over the walls, ceilings, floors, counters. Unless you have no other option, avoid this location. It’s the uncleanliness MD’s I’ve ever seen. Lesson learned ✅

sorry folks but this restaurant has the slowest service time I've ever seen at any restaurant. took over 20 minutes to get my food. then it was cold and they forgot a sandwich and the straw. which I didn't notice too I had already left. so if you like your service. a pushy not good personal hygiene and cold food then this is the place for you I do NOT recommend

So the food is was good but the thing is the inside was very dirty and the amount of mosquitoes was insane but I’ll still eat here but go through the drive thru. Also t there are rats so most likely I’m not gonna eat here again. There was a women who told a worker that there was rats and she didn’t care. There is also rat traps there too.
