Absolutely horrible experience. They had 15-20 cars waiting for the drive through, before telling the people that they were taking no more orders. This was at 6pm. We were trapped in the drive through, so we couldn't even leave to go elsewhere. When I asked the cashier inside why the drive through wasn't operating, she just gave me a dirty look and left to talk to someone else. Pretty pitiful!

This is the WORST MCDOBALDS EVER avoid going here at all costs they won’t help with your app, they are rude, slow wait times and today I went and got extra fries instead of apples in my kids meals and they put like 7 fries into small fry bags I said can you fill them up the first lady says yes and then another girl comes and tells me no. I sound so hateful but literally come on DO BETTER it’s fries and burgers I’d rather drive across town to the one on high street then ever come back to this location

Back then loved the place now. They don’t care is a bunch of kids in high school. They suck sending there DoorDash orders out and forget main things. Straw’s, Napkins. Every time I order. My little cousin that works there said said yeah we don’t care he even seen the grill cook drop patty on the floor and put it back on the sandwich.

I just picked up my wife's and I food thru drive thru. The service was great? The sweet tea was perfect. Food was awesome and people were friendly. I would like to say, thumbs up Manager/Workers. If you ever go to this McDonald's and you say they are rude, why don't you go there and get a job. I praise the workers here because they have to put up with all the people who complain all the time. You get a job there and see how u do?

Lady at the window wanted to argue the fact that you got a drink with a happy meal. Charged me but didn't want to give it to me. This is Princeton Glendale location
I hate to do this but customer service in the evening at most places has become obsolete. I ordered 2 mcchickens and 2 double cheeseburgers. Pull up to the 1st window and pay. She asked if I would like my receipt and I said no that's OK. Pull up to the next window and get my food and I'm just missing 1 cheeseburger so I told the girl and she closes the window and then comes back to ask if I have my receipt and I said no, so she shuts the window again and then 2 different young girls come to the window telling me I need to pull back around the building to order my missing burger. I said no I'm not doing that. I have cash if there was a mistake no problem. The window closes again and then a man comes to the window and I tell him I'm just missing a burger he tells me to pull up to that 3rd window and I said no because at this point I've have 4 people at the window and I can see them making me wait or possibly forgetting me. So he says I'm not giving you one and closes the window. So now I put the car in park. The girl proceeds to tell me I'm holding up the drive thru and I said all I need is a burger. Finally a female manager shows up and says what's the problem. Omg now I have to explain this all over for a burger wtf. 🍔 She finally gets me a burger. Like all this for a burger. I am so disappointed anymore when I try to go out.
