I hate to do this but customer service in the evening at most places has become obsolete. I ordered 2 mcchickens and 2 double cheeseburgers. Pull up to the 1st window and pay. She asked if I would like my receipt and I said no that's OK. Pull up to the next window and get my food and I'm just missing 1 cheeseburger so I told the girl and she closes the window and then comes back to ask if I have my receipt and I said no, so she shuts the window again and then 2 different young girls come to the window telling me I need to pull back around the building to order my missing burger. I said no I'm not doing that. I have cash if there was a mistake no problem. The window closes again and then a man comes to the window and I tell him I'm just missing a burger he tells me to pull up to that 3rd window and I said no because at this point I've have 4 people at the window and I can see them making me wait or possibly forgetting me. So he says I'm not giving you one and closes the window. So now I put the car in park. The girl proceeds to tell me I'm holding up the drive thru and I said all I need is a burger. Finally a female manager shows up and says what's the problem. Omg now I have to explain this all over for a burger wtf. 🍔 She finally gets me a burger. Like all this for a burger. I am so disappointed anymore when I try to go out.

This McDonald's is absolutely HORRIBLE!! Went through the drive thru to get a quick bite for my kids. The girl at the window wanted us to drive to the next window and wait for our order when it was clearly on the counter. Said no. The MANAGER came up with the food and screamed at my husband, threw the food at him... WOW what customer service... Will never ever be back to this location. Called the Owners office that owns the franchise and have never heard back!! 3 times...So clearly they don't care either. Wonder where she learned the awesome customer service from.

Every single time I go here it’s something. Waited 15 minutes for a $14 order and they forget my son’s happy meal. When I tell the employee that she rolled her eyes at me and wanted my receipt. Brings it out and it’s still wrong.

This location is pretty decent the lines can be pretty long but they usually keep it moving, the food is usually pretty decent too almost never have issues with wrong orders
Ordered 2 Chicken Bigmac meals plus other food this evening and when I got home I noticed the Chicken on the Bigmacs was not the chicken that is suppose to be used. It was the Mcchicken patty. Now for the price I paid for this I really think it's shameful to think your customers wouldn't realize the switch
