This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to and that's saying another since none of them ever seem to be able to not get orders right. Leaving cars sit in drive thru at speaker for a good 10 minutes with 6 other cars lined up behind them and cars blowing horns. We were still ordering and they delete the first part of the order while still ordering and we tell her your missing the rest of the order she tells us to pill up to window and tell them instead of fixing her screw up. And then can't get the cheese burger no onion no pickle right.I don't recommend stopping at this one drive to the next one.

Orders are so inconsistently incorrect that it MUST be intentional. Be sure to check your order before pulling away from the drive-thru. And never order through DoorDash. We have requested refunds for so many missing meals from this restaurant that DoorDash will no longer refund our missing items.

Customer service is great. Very great crew on the west side of Hamilton. I waited awhile for my order one day they even thought of the dogs and brought them a cup of cream. They have been very kind on numerous of occasions. Ty crew at McDonald's.

I would give no stars if I could. The location on Washington Blvd is the worst McDonalds of them all. They always forget food, which is always cold and nasty and the staff is rude. The staff hangs up on you when you try and call to ask a question. It’s crazy how this place is in business still, when I say they always forget something and it’s cold, I mean it is every single time. Never going back.

Went thro this morning and what is this? I order oatmeal and get 1/4 a cup now come on. Even McDonald's isn't cheap anymore so please at least give me what I'm paying for please. On the side not the service members here are very friendly and always smiling.

This is the worst place to go if it wasn't for the friendly workers this place should done be shut down. I barely go there because when I do it is never rite. So I decided to give them a try this morning and of course first time in months and the 3 sausage egg and cheese english muffins were inedible they were hard as a rock. And of course I am at work when I discover this and can't leave to take thier food back to them and when I try calling there is no answer just ringing.... I am a manager in a restaurant myself unfortunately not fast food but I would never serve food like this to my customers!!! I will not be back to McDonald's anytime soon if never it will be to soon for me. I work hard for my money to just throw it in the trash.
