Went Thru The Drive Thru Ordered Large Frie No Salt. I Was Charged $4.79 Fries Were Salted And Definitely Not A Large. I Called Nobody Had To Tell Me Their Name. So Not Only Was I Over Charged I Was Disrespected. And Told I Could Bring Their Mistake Back. Are They Going To Pay For My Gasoline?? A Large Fry Is Only $3.79 So Someone Their At A No Name Establishment, Needs To Be Paid More. Disrespected Disgusted And Beyond Angry. DEFINITELY NOT A FAMILY WELCOME ESTABLISHMENT. Tried to eat in tonight. They didn't make my order for about 20 min. The inside was deathly hot and uncomfortable. Once the terrible female human started making my order she was slamming each of my items on my tray like I inconvenienced her. She busted my frappe cup down all sides and it was leaking profusely on my tray. She argued with me because apparently a L fry means a medium. Ugly attitude and skeptical looking personal grooming. Guess I can't expect any better from this store as it is a bane on the face of this company. It should be leveled, they will never do better. It only gets worse. This needs to be an elevated corporate issue, because I just don't have time to add all the details, but a lobby full of people witnessed this. I'll bet they also think twice to order there again. I got my money back and left the food. I will not have someone disrespect me because it was an inconvenience to do a job your getting paid to do.
