Drive thru was quick with the order, which I was very happy as in previous visits they have been a little time consuming. The drive through person at the window was very pleasant and very nice.
The quality of my food however, was subpar. The top of my bagel was soft and squishy, not even toasted while the bottom was hard and crunchy. My hashbrown was very greasy, leaving a lot of oil in the packaging and bag which in turn got all over my hand trying to get my food out of the to go bag. My hashbrown had a strange aftertaste that I didn't even finish it.
I know it's McDonalds, but when you spend almost $10 for a meal, you kind of expect it to be hot and maybe looking appealing?
I know I'll go back again but visits like today make me remember why I don't like fast food when I'm running behind to get to work.

Update: morning crew is fantastic. Newly remodeled location got rid of fountain soda machines.
EDIT: Absolutely terrible. Nothing worse than 'entitled' "managers" who offer up nothing but excuses. Absolutely terrible customer service. There are some obvious leadership issues at this specific location that make the food quality irrelevant. Find a new job where you do not face customers if you want to act rude and be full of excuses.

Stopped by the drive thru this morning 01-03-25. I ordered a #2 with a coke zero and a burrito. The only thing that was right was my burrito. I got regular coke( not cool) I received a regular McMuffin(super gross ham) and NO hash brown. The workers all look like they hate their jobs and the food tastes like they hate making it. Double check everything that comes out of the drive thru even your drinks. I wasted my $10 this morning. Don't waste yours

I never ever go to McDonald’s and the one time I decide to, I get a raw patty in my quarter pounder. I’m like honestly scared. Thank god I looked at what I was eating. I’ll include a photo. So disappointing too because the lady who took my order was so nice.

Seem like a lot of McDonald's staff is just there to get paid, and that's it. This one in particular. They don't talk to you. Don't say hello or thank you, or have a nice day, nothing. I said thank you. The lady just turned around and kept working. They are the faster of the McDonald's in the area, at least .
