Milk Jar Bridgewater Falls

I asked for a boba drink, I got an ice drink. I asked no ice, they said we can just do half ice this is so ridiculous at the end my drink was more than half ice.

Very nice environment with a pleasant staff. Would recommend coming again!

Do not order boba or milk tea from this place please.

I hate to leave bad reviews, matter of fact this is probably the only one I've ever made in my life. We love the boba here but we will not be returning to the beechmont location. Two times now the staff has made rude comments. First, I brought my daughter and her friend (age 7) on our first visit, they were looking at the toppings when one of the workers yelled at them to MOVE! X2!! Because a customer was behind them, they didn't even give me a chance to intervene, no asking nicely, just straight yelled at my girls. They are children but people, so distasteful and completely caught me off guard. I decided maybe she was just having a bad day, we've been several times since with no issues. Today, we stopped in again with my 7 year old and 2 year old. My youngest was playing with one of the stuffies they keep by the front entrance after we had already paid and were waiting on our drinks. My order was called and the same worker from the first visit asked me if I will be paying for the stuffy. I said no, why? Can she not play with it? She said she can but I wanted to know if you were buying it. I finally went to the manager and she proceeded to tell me she had told her to say something to me and that people have been stealing them!? What in the world is going on here? Is this how we treat our customers? PUT THE STUFFIES UP IF YOU DON'T WANT THEM TOUCHED!! Instead you decided it to be best to offend your customers? I'm flabbergasted. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Such a huge menu, but expertly crafted food and drink. Mine is SOOO delicious I can't wait to go back and try more. The girls were super friendly and helpful too!

They did our order wrong and continued to argue that, “I didn’t order that,” when in fact, I did. And my receipt shows it. We used to come here every week as a treat for our kids. The two young girls working in there tonight were disrespectful, rude, and we will not be back. They slammed the refrigerator doors over and over at me. I’ve never had this kind of experience anywhere! We are loyal customers turned into avoid at all costs! There’s boba elsewhere!

Got there @7:40 to get rolled ice cream and the girl said they’re not serving ice cream right now. How do you stop serving ice cream that soon before you close? 👎

I love the strawberry matcha and my fiancé loves the strawberry milkie. The staff is super friendly and pleasant and the store is clean. There is only one problem: it smells like rotten milk. We would come more often if it wasn't the case. Again, wonderful place for a little treat.

Everytime I go to this one in Bridgewater falls the tapioca boba is way too hard!!! And the milk teas always too sweet ?

My son picked up my order for me, and there was no Boba, and the drink is wrong. The order was correct (it says so on the label) The Crestview Hills location was fantastic when you first opened, but consistently my drink is wrong and no one makes it right. The last time the gal said it was right (it was sweet milk, no tea) she argued with me and then the girl who made it said she couldn't read her handwriting and made it wrong. No apologies or anything, just eye rolls. This time it was missing the boba and had a splash of tea. For $6+ and they expect a tip, you would think they'd get your order right. It's a "house drink" nothing special. This is a Boba tea shop right? 😐

Lowkey and pleasant environment. I love their boba it's so flavorful. I also tried their cereal killer and it was amazing! So sugary, yum. The staff here is so nice too. Give them some love.

Four tables for customers, but three tables were taken up by the employees and their friends. Several groups came in after us and had to take their order to go because there was no where for them to sit. At 8:10, store closes at 8:30, the employee propped open the door in 37 degree weather. We had to rush the kids to finish their ice cream because we were sitting near the door and were freezing. It was good but I doubt we will return to this location.

This place is very clean and cute, it’s perfect to do work or just sit down and talk with friends. The staff are very friendly people and they are very nice and kind. Also their drinks and rolled ice cream are very tasty and
