Ordered from panda Express Hamilton Ohio main Street over on the west side and got food delivered noodles was dry the fried rice was to eggy to soft like it was over cooked the egg rolls was burnt but plus the drinks was amazing

We went just before dinner rush, the staff was very friendly the guy at the window was extremely nice and happy. The food was good for Panda Exspress standards. Everything was hot when we got it, and if we lived closer, it probably would have still been hot when we got home. But overall the time we went had friendly staff and good food.

This location always has big portions. However, I can never visit any time after 8:30. They are constantly out of almost everything up to an hour and a half before closing. The lack of effort and laziness of the closing employees is apparent. If you close at 10:00, customers should be able to get what they want until 10:00, or at least 9:45.
Love coming here. Theyve gotten so much better at keeping all their food stocked an fresh!

I have come to this Panda numerous times and no issues which is why it gets a 2 star. Today I encountered a worker that was unacceptable. I believe her name was Charlie or Carlie. My order was half rice and half chow mein but I got half vegetables half chow mein. What is weird about this story is that Charlie originally served me through the drive thru and she was very friendly. It was until I went inside and asked for a side of fried rice and things got weird. I told them about the mistake and Charlie made a condescending unspoken face to her coworker. Ifelt like they both knew something I didn’t and were pranking me? I felt super uncomfortable because now I’m thinking did they intentionally do something wrong to my food? I asked her “is something wrong”. I received no sorry or explanation she just made me feel like I was an issue. What I experienced was just weird and clearly an attitude issue. Chow mein tasted good and the honey walnut shrimp was excellent!
