I am not sure who the manager is at this location, but his customer service is top tier! Considering the line of work he is in and the area surrounding this store, he delivers the most professional and reasonable service. I had ordered food to be delivered. Sometime, during the delivery process, my order was given to a DoorDash driver. This driver decided to take on multiple orders. She was friendly, however, incapable of handing more than one order at a time. She told us the last customer confirmed their food was correct. This couldn't be further from the truth. Nothing we received was close to our order. I wanted a refund. I called DoorDash and they claimed that it was Papa John's responsibility to issue a refund. Seems backwards, but I went with it. The rep from DoorDash called on my behalf to see if Papa John's was willing to issue the refund. This manager wanted to hear from us if we wanted a refund or in store credit. I chose a refund. What did he choose? Respect and civility. He not only said he will issue the refund, but he apologized for the inconvenience and asked if there was anything else he could help with. 6/5 Stars. Praise wholesome customer service!

I have had pizza from here two days in a row. B💖th Delici😋us. Gluten free cheese and Gluten free pineapple and black olive. YUM! It's cold and they deliver. Please make sure you compensate them for that. 🫂

I'm not sure what happened with Papa John's yummy pizzas, but there's hardly any flavor!!! Nothing at all like it use to be. And the wings, this is the first time trying them and they soggy, fatty, and absolutely disgusting! Last time I'll have Papa's

They never follow instructions twice I've ordered pizza and they've tried to give me someone else order that and every time I order pizza I request to have it cut in squares it just makes it easier for little ones and everyone to share but they NEVER get it right even if I call after I place my order to tell them they still can't get it right

My pregnant wife ordered a pizza for the family while I was at work and it took more than 45 minutes to be delivered and when it was ,it was just left on porch Without any notification!! And they expect my family to eat a cold meal for dinner although they did offer a credit for a next visit but refuse to remake the dinner my family ordered as if my family is to eat a cold meal and said my wife selected contactless delivery which she did not even see an option to do so and I’ve called back to get mngr name and delivery persons name so that I can have the pleasure of having a intelligent conversation of common sence and policy’s of handling a family’s dinner

I ordered lightly baked, as I have trouble swallowing.I asked 3 x when I ordered for a receipt, as I pre-paid with a card.My food was hard-edges burnt! I was told one price when I ordered...they charged a larger amt AND I GOT NO RECEIPT!I called the store back; they are ALWAYS RUDE! Man answered "no receipt I can't do anything about it" which he repeated 3 xHe hung up B4 I could tell him I can't eat food delivered-too hard.Never again!
