Ordered a pizza from Papa Johns. 40 minutes after I ordered the pizza, I checked the app and it said “delivered”. Checked outside and there was no pizza. So, I called and checked the status. The guy who answered the phone said, “oh, she had to press the complete button, she's 3 minutes away” I said, “ok, sounds good.” The driver arrives 5 minutes later, I open the box, and the pizza clearly looks mishandled. Frustrated, I called the store back and explained everything. The guy who answered the phone said, “do you want me to remake it?” I said, “no, I just want a refund.” he replied, “ok, I'll have the driver come get the pizza.” unbelievable. I order from here quite a bit, safe to say Papa Johns will never receive a dime from me again. The entire experience, was handled very poorly.

I got there almost 10 minutes after I got the notification that my food was ready. There was a worker sitting right outside of the door almost directly in the walkway. Kinda weird but didnt really bother me. There's 2 girls behind the counter within 5 feet of me after I walk in. 1 was working the other just kinda there. They didn't say anything at all. I stood there for about 5 minutes until they finally asked for the name on the order. I got my phone and left. Walked around the guy outside on my way back to the car. I get home and as soon as I pick up a slice of pizza I see the box under it is literally soaked. Well then I realize the pizza also is still raw dough around the crust. I call the manager and they tell me they cant give refunds I would have to wait until Wednesday when a gm is there. Of course every where always wants you to pre tip these days too before you ever even know what kind of service your gonna get. So not only did they steal my money I gave them a tip to do so. We rarely eat out anymore because not only is it so unhealthy but also this is what you have to deal with more times than not. I suggest you just go ahead and cook at home.

Stop using Door Dash and employ drivers and compensate them properly. Nobody wants door dash when they order. I am going to start cancelling orders moved to Door dash for delivery. We need to fight these middle men.

My dad came to pick up my order and the lady at there assumed he was a dasher. At first she didn’t let him pick up the food because he didn’t have the doordash bag.

I moved to the area 3mo.ago, this is the best pizza place and we've tried them all so far. 5*, no bot here. Order has been ready everytime, done right.
Placed an online order and went to pick it up once the tracker said it was ready (about 30minutes). When we arrived they said it would be another 15 since they were behind. We know things get behind and online trackers can be off so no big deal we waited. After waiting another 15 they still said it was going to be another 10 annoying but whatever we are here already. When we went in the next time they asked for the order number. They said oh this order just now came through so it's going to be another 20 to 30 minutes to make. Needless to say we canceled the order and left because how did it take that long to figure out you weren't even working on the order. Sounded like a stupid excuse for we messed up and won't admit it. Terrible experience. Will never return to this location.

Honestly if i were you and you were reading this i’d just forget papa john’s ever existed. i understand that they are under new management but holy moly big ole thumbs down from me. i don’t want “credit” on my account because i will never be eating here again because odds are i use that credit and it’s just gonna get messed up again. i picked up my pizza right? no biggie. i drive home find out my pizza is all sorts of upside down and sideways and wrong in every single way. im sorry but im not gonna drive another 20 minutes back and another 20 minutes home just to have the same pizza most likely be messed up all over again. if you want to “fix it” dont give me credit and give me the pizza i ordered the correct way like it should of been the first time. also if you’d want to “fix it” deliver me a pizza that you. messed up. anyway don’t come here not worth the hassle. i’d go to jets if i were you. big thumbs down.

My delivery order was sent through DoorDash. The food was delivered lose. Not in a sealed bag so I could tell if the driver messed with my order. I tried calling about 5 times to explain why I will never order from them again but the phone didn't even ring. It just disconnected. So if anything had been wrong I couldn't even report the issue.
From now on I will order Domino's. They actually answer the phone and use their own drivers.
