I moved to the area 3mo.ago, this is the best pizza place and we've tried them all so far. 5*, no bot here. Order has been ready everytime, done right.

Placed an online order and went to pick it up once the tracker said it was ready (about 30minutes). When we arrived they said it would be another 15 since they were behind. We know things get behind and online trackers can be off so no big deal we waited. After waiting another 15 they still said it was going to be another 10 annoying but whatever we are here already. When we went in the next time they asked for the order number. They said oh this order just now came through so it's going to be another 20 to 30 minutes to make. Needless to say we canceled the order and left because how did it take that long to figure out you weren't even working on the order. Sounded like a stupid excuse for we messed up and won't admit it. Terrible experience. Will never return to this location.

Honestly if i were you and you were reading this i’d just forget papa john’s ever existed. i understand that they are under new management but holy moly big ole thumbs down from me. i don’t want “credit” on my account because i will never be eating here again because odds are i use that credit and it’s just gonna get messed up again. i picked up my pizza right? no biggie. i drive home find out my pizza is all sorts of upside down and sideways and wrong in every single way. im sorry but im not gonna drive another 20 minutes back and another 20 minutes home just to have the same pizza most likely be messed up all over again. if you want to “fix it” dont give me credit and give me the pizza i ordered the correct way like it should of been the first time. also if you’d want to “fix it” deliver me a pizza that you. messed up. anyway don’t come here not worth the hassle. i’d go to jets if i were you. big thumbs down.

Delivered timely. Looked amazing. Soggy pizza soggy wings. Offered me a credit. I don't want a credit I want the meal I was expecting. Do not recommend

My delivery order was sent through DoorDash. The food was delivered lose. Not in a sealed bag so I could tell if the driver messed with my order. I tried calling about 5 times to explain why I will never order from them again but the phone didn't even ring. It just disconnected. So if anything had been wrong I couldn't even report the issue.
From now on I will order Domino's. They actually answer the phone and use their own drivers.

We placed a pickup online and paid for the order online as well and were required to pay again in store. My finance went back in to ask why we were required to pay again and John, the store manager didn’t even try to resolve the issue and stated he didn’t know why that would happen, which is fine, but he did not even attempt to listen to my fiancé and try to resolve the problem and that is simply ridiculous. He raised his voice at my finance and accused us of trying to get free food, then tried to back track his statement. He then told us we would have to wait for one of the charges to fall off and come back for a refund, but I have ZERO confidence this will be resolved if one of the charges doesn’t fall off. Overall just a very poor experience by someone that is supposed to LEAD by example instead of raising your voice and not even trying to come to a resolution.

The pizza was fine. As is usually the case with Papa John's the only PRODUCT issue is that NO pizza shop seems to be able to CUT THE PIZZA properly.
Parking: The LOCATION is difficult to find. It's OFF to the side and BEHIND a home Depot. You cannot see the sign from the street.
I love papa johns but this is the closest location to my home and its always a bad experience. You place an order and get a 48 minute wait time, not too bad right? Then you get a text message saying its being delayed and takes 2 hours to get you... The worst part is they cook the pizza and then leave it sit around for an hour until someone (usually doordash) delivers it.
might be good if you go in person and pick it up, but if you know the delivery is going to be delayed, why wouldn't you just cook the order when it might actually be delivered?
I'm tired of wasting money at this location for terrible service and cold pizza. I personally will never chose this location again, and the fact that its been this bad for this long (literally the last few years) makes me not even want to patron the brand as a whole. There are much better local pizza options with much better quality and service so do yourself a favor and pass this up if you're seeing this review, literally just a waste of your time and money.

Ordered pizzas for a big party the day before. They day of the party, the practiced manager I guess quit the night before and nobody could get into store. I did not receive a phone call saying that my pizzas would not be delivered, nor did I get a call back from the other store giving me any information. Highly highly disappointed.
