I've read some reviews and as long as you give a store 5* they tell thank you for being a fan but if you give 1* they just tell you to give them more ways to help fix the problem but no one seems to fix the problem sounds like most restaurants nowadays not a good way to deal with the issues at hand I've had bad experiences at a lot of restaurants and the problem is employees don't care their pay went up while the quality went down ???? not good at all

I never leave a review. However, when you call to place an order and are put on hold for 8 minutes and then hung up on and arrive and tell them, you would think you would at least get an I’m sorry!!!! Instead it wasn’t even acknowledged just what are you having? What happened to customer service?

My only problem is 4 weeks in a row.4 different times I tried to call.They leave their phone off the hook. One of the times I had a large Number of orders Because I work for a large company.And they did not answer and could have made lots of money

I love going to Penn Station and I think we're pretty lucky to have a great Penn Station here. The service is always excellent, our food is always correct, fresh and so yummy. What I really like is that it's been clean every time we go. We got a large Philly Cheese for $20, which is what it would cost for us to go to any other fast food place. The big difference is the freshness of the food. The staff deserves praise because they have always provided us with a great experience.

Never would have come if it wasn't for the Father's Day deal. Pre-ordered our families large order online through Door dash and forgot to put the code in for buy one get one free subs. Went to store to pick up and there was zero help when we explained. Too bad so sad is pretty much what we got. They could have tried to make us whole. I will never be back to this location. Looks like Jersey Mike's get my business from now on.

Please talk to the new lady that's been working the fry station. She's quite unfriendly and not only shorted the fries in my order but they were hard and burnt as well. This would have been about a quarter after 1pm today 06/11/24.

Service Usually pretty good. Place an online order, paid and received confirmation at 11:33:32. Said that we could pick up our order at 12:40. I went around 12:20pm and was check out by William at 12:27pm. I visually saw our order sitting there. I thought that they were in the middle of making the rest. So I sat, at 1:02pm, after the lunch rush I was asked by the manager what I was waiting on, looked down and saw the order. Apologized and states No One Told her I was there. Walked out at 1:08pm. Nice enough to give me a box for all the drinks. Gave a free fry, as I'm sure that is going to make it better. Food was cold because it had been sitting there. I'm glad William got that smoke in though. If you are making an order for an office. Give several hours.
