I had the single worst, most disrespectful experience at this location. In asking for clarification about an order I was picking up the cashier physically grabbed the order of my hand. I spoke with the manager on site and she had no interest In resolving anything. Nor My family or I will be any money at any Hamilton location.

Sometimes on busy nights like tonight, they use door dash to deliver orders. My order was simple and honestly made with love. The managers at this location always help if there's an issue, kindness and basic human treaments to service workers goes a long way with people. The food they make is immaculate for the price and honestly everyone here deserves a raise stat.

First of all, your employees were fantastic. My food was ready promptly. It was hot and delicious. I don’t eat a lot of fast food but Pizza Hut is a level above and part of that is your employees!
Vegetarian options: I am vegetarian for longer than I remember. I always get cheese pizza(I know cheese may contain enzymes that are derived from cows). Veggie pizzas here are great too(onion and green pepper is yummy.
The food is almost always on time, very hot and prepared correctly. Thank you!
