Good Service, bun on my chicken sandwich was a little stale. Parking lot layout is really stupid, but that’s true for all the businesses in the Menard’s Plaza.

Haven't been to this location in a year or so. I went through drive thru and ordered my family's food. Took forever to get food. I asked if they double checked our order. They seemed annoyed I would ask. Sure enough we were half way home and we were missing food. Now half our order will be cold since we get to wait again.

Insanely slow, took them 27 minutes to cook and package 6 wings and they got the wrong wings. Slow and inaccurate. Never going back to this location. Also, staff was rude as well a slow. There's a Canes and Chic FIL A close to this location.

Another terrible employee that probably shouldn't be working customer service. Refuses to acknowledge your existence when you enter the restaurant. When you try to ask them a question ignore you and then get aggravated that they have to stop and listen. Very rude and unprofessional.
Daughter wanted Popeyes so came here again hoping for a better experience.
Sat in the drive-thru at the sign for probably at least ten minutes without even being acknowledged in any way. Waited a few more minutes and decided to go inside. Two doordashers were the only customers inside. So I can't figure out why they couldn't at least greet me in the drive-thru. Waited at the counter for another ten minutes with the employees walking past and no greeting or anything. I can see at least three or four employees in the back but nobody comes up to take my order. Finally I had to flag one of them down and asked why the drive-thru and the front counter was down with no cushion the store. Which causes her to become very irritated and angrily asked what I wanted. I gave my order, paid and she just walks away. No thank you or anything. And then guess what? I waited some more and more and more and more. Finally she slides my water off the counter and basically just says here you go and walked away again so I turned around went to the little napkin holder place opened up my order and half of it was missing. I turned around to let her know and the lady that had been waiting in the Drive-Thru apparently had gotten charged way more than she was supposed to do for her order so she comes was there trying to get a refund I tried to mention to her if my wings might still be sitting there so I can get going. And she ignored me and didn't even acknowledge that I had asked anything and continued to be frustrated trying to figure out how to do a refund for this lady. When she's done with the refund she turned around and started to walk away again so I somewhat angrily almost not quite asked her if my wings were sitting there still and she turned around and looked at me with like a weird expression on her face and I said you forgot my wings and she seemed to be upset at me for it and she turned around and said it's going to be a minute they just put wings down. So guess what? I waited and waited and waited again. This is ridiculous I'm so pissed off so the original food that I got in the first place by the time I got my chicken wings for cold that I was bringing home for my daughter. I cannot believe the store owner or management allows service like this they weren't even busy there was nobody there I don't understand why they couldn't do it helped anybody.

I was charged 6.99 for 6 wings
. The cost on the menu was 5.99. Popeyes would not honor menu price. The cashier is a thief!

I went to Popeyes chicken store #12301 in Hamilton oh. I ordered 24 wings 5 hot and the rest honey BBQ. I only receive 11 honey BBQ n 5 hot. I called the store when I got home and the manager [dawn is her name] that was sitting in on that shift told me "to come to the store tomorrow which was the 20 of Feb and that they would give me the rest of my wings I said OK.
Then next day I went back to that Popeyes and the manage that was on duty told me that she could not give me the rest of the wings I was shorted. I had to bring all the wings back to get the rest of my wings.
Now if a manager is in charge of a store they are suppose to know the rules n regulations so they don't miss inform anyone when they receive the wrong order. Food is too high to be cheated out of 9 wings when I paid lots of money for them. So I must say Popeyes rioe me off and they don't want to fix the problem. People if you are in charge of a store or people do your job know what you can do and can't do. This is why people get hurt over stuff like this cause we all work and we buy what we need and don't want to get cheated.
I must say, i will never get wings at any Popeyes again.
Please hire men and women that are true workers and not someone that just don't give a hoot about other people money.
