go way back with the steak sandwich. sad how the steak sandwich has gone down hill. horrible onion cut and change I think. richard sauce like a pizza sauce now. making a switch to pizza chef now.

Terrible service walked In at 2 on a sat 3 people working 1 couple sitting down and eating and 1 guy said give me a sec we waited for 5 mins no one came to take our order absolutely unacceptable I could see if they were busy but just one other person

I'll be honest, I really wanted to like this pizza but there was something that kept it from being great. I'm pretty sure it was the crust. It just wasn't quite done enough and was a bit on the chewy side for me. The sauce was decent but nothing amazing. Lots of cheese though which is always a plus in my book. The parmesan bits were disappointing. Again the dough felt slightly under done and very little parmesan. Overall the price was fair and the seating and service were fine.
Been going to Richard's since the very early 60's, never disappointed.

The pizza bites are an amazing appetizer woth the garlic dipping sauce. I enjoyed the taste of my calzone. The pizza is so wonderful. Service is very kind and welcoming.
