They won’t answer the phone when they completely messed your order up. We didn’t think we had to check every single sandwich and drink every single drink to make sure that they were correct totally off and after checking other reviews because they don’t answer the phone to correct your order and there’s like 14 inches of snow outside just paid $40. I’m not gonna turn around after I’m already home That report helpline does not work. It just gives you a busy signal as though it’s a phone off the hook for gate sonic. I will never spend another dollar there then they don’t even give you a receipt. They’re too busy outside throwing snowballs.

This place is horrible They killed the onion rings. Dry and very crunchy. The chicken bacon toaster was way over done. Chicken dried out and the bacon was brittle. Down right awful!!! Stay away not worth the money

This place is terrible. Young rude kids. The wait is always insane expect to sit there for 20 mins if not longer even for a small order. Then don’t bother asking for condiments because they get mad at you and good luck with the food half the time it’s not even edible. Over priced and terrible quality terrible service and extremely long waits. Some one from corporate needs to come fire the manager and set this place right. 99% of the time my order is wrong. Make sonic great again.
