I dont know that I have ever gotten anything made right but I keep giving them the ability to try gotta start somewhere so im hoping with practice comes expirence and growth. This is the slowest drive thru in the entire city. 22 minutes from order to receiving food. 2 cars left the line after ordering when the car 2 cars back got their food before the 2 in front of it. Ridiculous. Do better.

Somehow they uncherried my cherry limeade. Quite literally barely any cherry. Just enough to make it pink. I don't know how you accomplish this. Also ordered an extra lime only to get no limes.

Why in the world do you sell rotten milkshakes. My wife stopped there on 10/16/25 to get a milkshake for her and my daughter. Both of them smell like rotten disgusting milk. This particular location has absolutely gone downhill over the past several years. The last instance was we had burgers and milkshakes that were not cooked all the way through and the same thing made with spoiled milk or products and after a phone call, not a word was ever responded to. If you’re not going to keep up your locations, staff, and standards then shut it down. There are a lot of other opportunities to bring in quality, restaurants, and service within the city.

Great Quality Recently! I used to avoid this location but today I was craving lunch for breakfast and they're the only place open for lunch at 9am so I tried the kids corndog meal and must say it was delicious. Every bit of it was fresh and the fries were perfectly crispy. I know it's lacked business lately but they are cooking to order these days and I think this location deserves a second chance!

I don’t even know why I come here anymore. I’ve gotten food quicker at Texas Roadhouse, and that’s saying a lot. I don’t think it’s a people problem, it’s a lack of people problem. Every time I’m at this location I sit in the drive through for no less than 20 minutes. It’s mind boggling. Like are we slaughtering the cow at this location?

Very little care are food quality on 3/6/25 around 12:40. I've also tried to order a shake around 10 and was told " we can't make those" definitely recommend the east side sonic instead.
Food: Are you kidding me? This is Reese's peanut butter Blast? Only two thirds full. Barely Reese's crumbs in bottom. So sad. Service: Speaker next to inaudible. Atmosphere: Looks closed down.

Ordered an oreo blast thru doordash and theres a gaping hole in this cup. How can I be sure the driver didn't drink this? I didn't even get whipped cream, why not put a normal sealed lid on the cup?? Or a sticker over the hole! Not ordering doordash thru sonic again.

Spent about $25 and got cheese sticks no marinara in the bag and went around to ask for marinara just for the rude lady to say it’s in the bag I checked again and it wasn’t I’m not happy at all I don’t think I will return again
