I don’t even know why I come here anymore. I’ve gotten food quicker at Texas Roadhouse, and that’s saying a lot. I don’t think it’s a people problem, it’s a lack of people problem. Every time I’m at this location I sit in the drive through for no less than 20 minutes. It’s mind boggling. Like are we slaughtering the cow at this location?

Very little care are food quality on 3/6/25 around 12:40. I've also tried to order a shake around 10 and was told " we can't make those" definitely recommend the east side sonic instead.

Ordered an oreo blast thru doordash and theres a gaping hole in this cup. How can I be sure the driver didn't drink this? I didn't even get whipped cream, why not put a normal sealed lid on the cup?? Or a sticker over the hole! Not ordering doordash thru sonic again.

Spent about $25 and got cheese sticks no marinara in the bag and went around to ask for marinara just for the rude lady to say it’s in the bag I checked again and it wasn’t I’m not happy at all I don’t think I will return again

Ordered garlic bacon burger and a corn dog. Burger was inedible! Meat tastes bad and inside of corn dog was raw dough! Complete waste of money! Threw everything away but the drink. Do better!
Chili cheese tater tots was disgusting like there chili was burnt and my drink didn't have my cherries I had ask for.

It took 22 minutes for a small order of cheese sticks. One employee was on the phone out front arguing with someone and the car hop was high as a kite! Ridiculous! I will not be coming back
