All the baristas are just the sweetest. But the lady I get a lot of the time, Madison, she is the sweetest. She makes the drinks super quick, and she is just super friendly! Shes doing great!

I usually go to this location and no matter what modifiers I do the drinks always turn out awesome. Today I got a very modified shaken espresso and it turned out amazing! No matter what time of day I go they are all amazing! Thank you!

This is the Starbucks closest to my work. I almost exclusively order online, but occasionally go through the drive through. They are always fast. I’ve never had a mistake with my order that wasn’t my own error and I’ve been going there since March of this year. It’s always so disheartening to me when I see reviews of long time customers and then 1 singular thing goes wrong and then that repeat customer leaves a bad review. As someone in the customer service field, I feel like they always do their best and accommodate to their best abilities. Please cut these beautiful people some slack. Do you have any idea what they go through every day? Just over a drink? Maybe because your coffee was wrong once doesn’t mean it should negate 6+months of right orders and service. Great employees, great service. And I always love how they brew their espresso here. Love these people and hope you do, too! Keep up the great work!

This Starbucks is so so. I usually come and have no issues. Although yesterday I ordered a cold Frappuccino and loaf bread and I waited for ever at the window. First, for someone to even take my payment and secondly after paying it took a LONG time to get my order.

Chick with a pound of makeup didn't give me enough caramel after I asked for EXTRA and chick with a pound of makeup didn't put ANY crunch on the top.

They let their employees tell customers that they Hate seeing them come in the door. This really happened to me why I was so mad and hurt at the same time. What is wrong with this world where they would allow such behavior. Why I wouldn't have done that for if nothing else I would had been fired plus I have more class than to lower myself to her level. Even the District manager wouldn't do anything.

Lizzy took my order and it was very hostile. She was short and not engaged at all. She looked upset to be taking not only my order but everyone before, and after me. The girl who handed out my drink was the opposite though, I didn't see her name tag but she had long bright blonde hair. She had a good attitude, and though it was busy she didn't seem as though I was of any inconvenience.I don't usually write reviews but i was very upset with how lizzy was treating people who did no wrong today

The starbucks drive thru is faster than the other ones in Hamilton. I think it's easier to customize your order online instead of trying to yell at the drivethur looking at the board . I was kinda of confused the first time coming here because it was dark, and I passed it, but it's easy to find in the daylight.

Hit and miss with correct order. Don't know if Barista's need more training or what. Not quite up to par with Starbucks quality but it is a fairly new store. Depends on who is making your drink.

Issues ordering as the speaker wasn’t working. Pulled forward to window to be greeted by a female employee yelling at me demanding my order. Asked her repeatedly to calm down. You think that’s it? An hour later ended up with vision issues. Coffee dosed with something it shouldn’t have been?
I had a gift card that I decided to use at the Starbucks that just opened on Princeton Rd. I specifically showed the worker the name of the drink I wanted, but something else was prepared. I returned for the drink to be corrected- and more sweetner was added to mask the awful taste. I wish I had asked for a refund. ?The customer service provided was great though.

They can’t make a drink to save their lives. Every time I go they mess up at least one thing in my order. The drinks they make don’t taste great either. Don’t waste your time repeating yourself 16 times at the drive through, go to the Starbucks in Target.

I always love to go to starbucks but it wasn’t until recently that i realized they charge you extra for NO ICE ?? Like i understand you get more of the actual drink but no ice should be no difference in charge. As i got a grande paradise drink with cold foam and no ice it ended up being the same amount of juice with half a cup of cold foam. FOR 7.49!!! Pointless to get no ice, you pay more for the same exact thing you would have got.
