The volume of the music at this location makes communicating hard, and I only have moderate tinnitus. I can only imagine how difficult it would be for the truly hearing-impaired. Instead of 1 pump of syrup I got 5 and was basically drinking sugar. I'm sure this could have been avoided if the music wasn't loud enough to be heard outside.

Thankful for a Starbucks in Hamilton! Always a great stop for a bathroom, some internet and a pick me drink!

One of the slowest dive they’d I have ever been through. Saw several drive offs because it was taking to long. Stop drawing on the cups and make drinks

I didn't go inside to see the atmosphere. I wish they would have an N/A option. I went through the drive-thru to pickup an order for my family. It was my mom's 80th b-day, and the restaurant I picked up food at for a small party, to celebrate it only had pies. So we also ordered some birthday cake pops.

I love this Starbucks mainly because it’s 5 minutes from my house, but also the drinks they make are actually really good. The cookie crumble mocha frappe with or without the mocha drizzle is the best drink on the Menu. I hope they never get rid of the drink because they could make a fortune off of me drinking this drink 😩 it’s also a really good environment but there’s about one or two flies that harass you while sitting down and it gets frustrating when you try and do college work. The staff are great and usually end up memorizing your order if you become a regular face in their shop which makes their job quicker and saves you a lot of time when they already know what you want.

I would really like to think Melinda, the manager who fixed Bridgewater Falls’s mistake I’m not only was Bridgewater rude but when you request for a coffee to be made the way you requested, that’s how it should be made, and she refuse to replace the replacement and Melinda took care of me when I called not sure if it’s true. I didn’t even ask her to make it right or anything. She took it upon herself to make it right and I do appreciate her and she needs any acknowledgment that she can get thank you.

I’ve visited this location quite a few times to write emails after work. The baristas are lovely and the overall environment is great. The store is kept clean and the drinks are always made quickly, but there is just one thing that keeps me from coming more. A strange man has been there almost every time I have come. He sits in the corner and just stays there all day. I don’t know his name, but there’s been multiple times where I’ve seen him full on sleeping, and I’ve also noticed that he likes to stare at young girls. He full on just looks at young girls, both the employees and customers. I’ve even stopped bringing my daughter on days that I’m off, just because he is so creepy. The whole situation is just really uncomfortable.

Clean facility and friendly staff.
I must say I've never been to Starbucks because I was intimidated by the ordering, but they were so kind and helpful I'll definitely go back.
Great coffee, plenty of free parking, several seats to sit and study or work and friendly staff.
Great location close to downtown. I ordered from the app, walked in and picked up my beverage. Took me a total of two minutes, tops. Easy breezy ☕️🫶🏻
First time here (In Hamilton). The last time I was at Starbucks was when I lived in Seattle. I went to the Original one in Pike Place Market. Nothing much has changed, but it wasn't quite as inviting or cozy as the ones in Washington State. I loved going in those because they had the Fireplaces that invited you to stay and talk. Back then cell phones weren't as popular, so people actually talked to you or started conversations. The menu in Hamilton was a lot simpler which I liked. The Baristas were very nice and made some suggestions. I went for the Iced Mocha Caramel Frappuccino and it was delicious! They put a Ton of whip cream and drizzle on it too. I will definitely try that again next week. I usually go to Bigbys, but might start coming here from now on. Just wish going out for espresso wasn't so expensive. Wish they had more selection of breakfast items but that's okay. Had it inside for take out so didn't sir down, but wish it was more cozy and inviting like True West Coffee on Main Street. All in all, very pleased. I wish I had gotten a rewards card, or they had told me if they have one.
