This is the 3rd time I've been here and the people are so kind and friendly. They never hesitate to help me with my questions. Everything I order is spot on.

I ordered a Toffeenut Latte and a peach ice tea with no sweetener. I also ordered a sandwich. Also purchased a small bag of dark chocolate covered espresso beans and a rice crispy treat.Everything was repeated to me correctly as it was entered into the order entry system. The barista was attractive, very congenial and pleasant to speak with, both of us lamenting our days trials causing us to be glad the day was almost to rest.$21.12 was the debit.When I got home, the sweetened peach ice tea was unfortunately unable to be consumed as it was sweetened and not within the nutritional plan of the receiver of the tea. The Latte had no milk whatsoever and the label said Pike Place. I did not know what that was, but was told that it is a popular coffee blend. It was fine strong coffee. Not what I wanted, but I try not to be upset by chance events such as this and rather try to appreciate a new option.The sandwich I ordered was correct and appreciate as my dinner.

a girl with pink glasses and a braid and another blonde girl with a black nose ring literally rolled their eyes when i walked in, ignored me for a bit and then got irritated when i gave them my order. i got one drink, that’s all.

It is really frustrating that this Starbucks opened up here. We already have a great local coffee shop almost next door. I wish Starbucks would stop positioning itself in locations that drive out local businesses.

This happened on Sunday, February 4th. I placed an order in the drive thru. My total was $10.20. I gently handed the cashier $20.20 ( $20 bill and 4 nickels). The cashiers hands me my tall hot chocolate and my breakfast burrito, she says have a good day and I say I need my change please, she says no, yoi gave me $10 and .20 cents. Then she gets her manager, I see through the window that the manager completely ignores her. Then a minute later the manager comes to the window and says "you handed her $10" I was in disbelief, she just assumed I was a thief. I said check the cameras please, she said I'm not able to do that, I'm a shift leader, come back tomorrow when the manager is here. I came back today 02/05/2024, not just for my money back, bust because I was emotionally distress with the incident and because I wanted the manager to know what happened. I went in there, I asked to speak to the manager and she I asked her if she knew what had happened yesterday, she says, oh yes let me get your money back. I had to wait 5 minutes to get my money back, and she went and sat back down, no apology, nothing. I left the store feeling worst than the day before. I was treated like a thief, I get no apology. I spend about $300 a month at Starbucks. My account can prove that! I would never lie to keep anyone's money. I feel that the cashier should have paid attention when handling money, but, I'm more upset at the shift leader and the manager. Please train your employees better so that thid doesn't happen to no one else.
