Barista lied about the policy on remaking drinks. If you’re dissatisfied with a Starbucks drink, they are required to remake it. They told us this is the last time we are getting a drink remade because we had been going “too frequently” — no where is there a policy about turning away people for getting a drink remade “too frequently”. Not to mention, when Starbucks hires new workers the new workers don’t know how to make the drinks and it causes them to be incorrect.

We offer to let them take the drink we aren’t going to drink from us and they say no, due to sanitary reasons. Every time I get a drink remade is because there has been a genuine problem with it, I’m not going to spend 100+ dollars a week to drink something that tastes horrible. If another location messed up my drink and it tastes disgusting, they are required to remake it.

We were treated like we were just trying to get free drinks and the barista was rude. I’m sure some people do try to get free drinks, however we offer to let them take our old one, we show them the one we want remade, etc. We were polite and respectful to the workers and then they lied about their policy.

Don’t come here to get your drinks remade unless you want to be treated like a criminal.

I had a giant bumble bee in my drink - it went in my mouth as i didnt see it and i immediately spit it out and started shaking and crying. I called starbucks and the manager told me they are having a bumble bee problem PLEASE be sure to triple check your drink.

so daily I frequent different Starbucks and this morning I’ve visited the Starbucks. The service was horrible. I was there about 10:28 AM. I ordered my favorite potato chive bag. I tried to order the medicine ball they were out of it or should I say they were out of the ingredients so I asked for a small cup of water I did receive the water but no straw receive the potato bakes no utensils to eat with no napkins no receipt I will not come back. Starbucks is not that cheap it’s expensive and I usually tip about three dollars to five dollars. I didn’t do any tipping. The customer service was horrible in the customer service agent at the window look like she just woken up. Here was a mess so I will not be back I have the option to goto the one where we live at in liberty Township or I go to the one in Mason or I frequent the one in the target or the one that’s in the Kroger, but I will not patronize us again. Customer Service was horrible horrible and then no receipt either.

If I could give shift lead Alyssa a 0 star I would. So I spoke with manager Kylie when my order was first messed up and she gave me a replacement. I went through to get my replacement and it was still messed up so I go into the store. Alyssa refused to make my drink and said that that’s not the way that they make it and she wasn’t going to remake it and that’s the Starbucks that I go to that make it that way doesn’t make it that way and she basically called me a liar and the Starbucks a liar so I then called the one in Hamilton and asked if that was true and they said no there should be no issue with that as long as they have the blonde rose brewed. Well I went down to the Hampton location because they replaced the order that she messed up and I refuse to replace so I then called Kylie and let her know the situation and as far as a shift lead management for that store, she does not need to be there cause she does not care your guys store very well at all, and it refuses to listen to the customer And is … So thankful for the Hamilton location cause I got my coffee that way

This Starbucks is terrible. I won't be back. Employees have attitude and coffee is ALWAYS COLD. I've had to go back multiple times because I refuse to pay for a cold coffee when it's supposed to be hot!

Just stop by before heading to my next meeting ask for pup cup was informed no whipped cream ran out. Which is okay but on Friday running out and not disabling as option online or informing customers that their will not be any whipped cream in their drink continues to make and serve with missing ingredient also not reflecting price for the missing ingredient is just plain mismanagement.(running out product, not properly handling the situation once running out product is what I am referring to mismanagement.) Also manger does not seem as concerned will mostly not be back I don’t even think I will waste the gas for what little refund there is just waste my time.

Let me start with, if I could leave a 0 star review, I would for this location.
The atmosphere at this location is unlike any Starbucks I’ve ever visited. Any coffee place in general I’ve ever visited.
The majority of the staff at this Starbucks is AWFUL. The girls here are plain catty. It’s disgusting the behavior and talk that goes on here.
You think people don’t hear you… but they do. Please keep that in mind.
The way you can sit and talk about customers and even your own co-workers as nastily as you do is honestly beyond me.
I watched a girl walk out of the bathroom with toilet paper stuck on her shoe and instead of telling her, people were laughing and staring (yes, I told the girl privately to helped her in attempt to not allow her to be further embarrassed but she was and left). Some of the staff here played into that. There’s no girls girl behavior going on here. There’s lots of 2 faced, smack talking and degrading going on and it’s a shame.
Some of you employees here need a reality check on your words and behavior. It’s a shame.
I’ve noted the name tags of 2 people I heard speaking illy one day, and would be happy to share with a manager if asked.
I will happily go to any other coffee place and give them my and my family’s business than this particular shop.
If you’re the manager of this location and see this - you need to do a deep dive and really open your eyes to your employees and how they are representing your store. It’s not a good image right now.. I won’t be back.

This is the only location that continues to fill my drink like this. Paying $6+ for a large drink in expect a large drink. I ended up having to pay an additional $4 to have it filled to the top. Absolutely insane.

I also place a mobile order and ive always came to the drive thru to pick up my order AFTER the estimated time the app gives me and I have had several interactions where the Barista gives me attitude for veing to early.

Manager consistency talks about staff behind back who holds the store up for her. One barista has to leave due to safety concerns because the manager openly spread her business knowing she had a safety concern. Absolutely unprofessional this location needs a huge staff gutting
