This Starbucks location is a hot mess.
Today was probably the last time for me spending money on this below average coffee chain. The app has been deleted and I’m done with all of them. They consistently let me down and this location needs retraining or more staff because the service and quality of the food and drink are just not it.

We weren’t even in a rush so the fact that the drive thru took forever was not an issue, but I guess it was shift change and the baristas got everyone’s orders mixed up so we almost received someone else’s order. Then when they got it figured out after asking us what we ordered three times after slamming the drive thru window in our faces as we were mid sentence answering her, she tried to send us off with only one item instead of the 3 we ordered…I’m not unreasonable I know things can get busy but this was just a complete mess.
Furthermore the iced Dubai chocolate matcha looked nothing like it should and tasted terrible, and the chocolate pistachio loaf was smushed and had a piece of the paper stuck to it..
I was excited to try some of their new drinks and pastries but the quality just isn’t there anymore. Maybe it’s location specific but I’m not taking that risk again with this company. I shit you not, gas station coffee or home made at this point is miles better than the rushed crap they serve here.

I am done with Starbucks. They have been consistently terrible for years now. This last visit was the final straw for me. There are so many reasons to not patronize these places anymore. They jack prices up and coffee is so expensive now for no reason other than greed. The quality of the food and coffee is AWFUL and the only reason is GREED. You have to wait in long lines either at the counter inside or in the drive thru for your overpriced coffee.

This last visit, they were going through shift change and I am normally understanding of that but the wait was long, they kept trying to give me the wrong order and when I finally got my order, it was not even drinkable. I had to go back inside and get a new drink.

It’s not just this location. It has been every single Starbucks. Stop giving your hard earned money to these greedy corporations that won’t do anything for you or make anything better. They will keep pumping out slop and they’ll keep charging you more and more every year. If we all stop giving them money, they will change. Until then, enjoy your slop and poor service.

I love this Starbucks! I wasn't a huge fan off Starbucks before but I've found myself going to this one more since its' opened. The food is also fresh and tasty and the drinks are well made. The staff is always super nice as well.

This Starbucks is, by far, the best. The workers are the absolute sweetest. The atmosphere is always so clean and calm. I do not live close, but enjoy coming to this Starbucks to get work done because of the staff.

I placed an order through the app and when I came to the speaker she said oh you just placed it so I guess we will start that. When I get to the window she hands me 1 of my 3 drinks and I tasted it because the color was off. I said to her that it didnt taste right and ahe took it back. When she came back with my drink she threw it at me, the lid wasn't on so coffee spilled all over my car. This location is beyond trashy. They are always rude, can never get a coffee order correct.

Barista lied about the policy on remaking drinks. If you’re dissatisfied with a Starbucks drink, they are required to remake it. They told us this is the last time we are getting a drink remade because we had been going “too frequently” — no where is there a policy about turning away people for getting a drink remade “too frequently”. Not to mention, when Starbucks hires new workers the new workers don’t know how to make the drinks and it causes them to be incorrect.

We offer to let them take the drink we aren’t going to drink from us and they say no, due to sanitary reasons. Every time I get a drink remade is because there has been a genuine problem with it, I’m not going to spend 100+ dollars a week to drink something that tastes horrible. If another location messed up my drink and it tastes disgusting, they are required to remake it.

We were treated like we were just trying to get free drinks and the barista was rude. I’m sure some people do try to get free drinks, however we offer to let them take our old one, we show them the one we want remade, etc. We were polite and respectful to the workers and then they lied about their policy.

Don’t come here to get your drinks remade unless you want to be treated like a criminal.

I had a giant bumble bee in my drink - it went in my mouth as i didnt see it and i immediately spit it out and started shaking and crying. I called starbucks and the manager told me they are having a bumble bee problem PLEASE be sure to triple check your drink.

so daily I frequent different Starbucks and this morning I’ve visited the Starbucks. The service was horrible. I was there about 10:28 AM. I ordered my favorite potato chive bag. I tried to order the medicine ball they were out of it or should I say they were out of the ingredients so I asked for a small cup of water I did receive the water but no straw receive the potato bakes no utensils to eat with no napkins no receipt I will not come back. Starbucks is not that cheap it’s expensive and I usually tip about three dollars to five dollars. I didn’t do any tipping. The customer service was horrible in the customer service agent at the window look like she just woken up. Here was a mess so I will not be back I have the option to goto the one where we live at in liberty Township or I go to the one in Mason or I frequent the one in the target or the one that’s in the Kroger, but I will not patronize us again. Customer Service was horrible horrible and then no receipt either.

If I could give shift lead Alyssa a 0 star I would. So I spoke with manager Kylie when my order was first messed up and she gave me a replacement. I went through to get my replacement and it was still messed up so I go into the store. Alyssa refused to make my drink and said that that’s not the way that they make it and she wasn’t going to remake it and that’s the Starbucks that I go to that make it that way doesn’t make it that way and she basically called me a liar and the Starbucks a liar so I then called the one in Hamilton and asked if that was true and they said no there should be no issue with that as long as they have the blonde rose brewed. Well I went down to the Hampton location because they replaced the order that she messed up and I refuse to replace so I then called Kylie and let her know the situation and as far as a shift lead management for that store, she does not need to be there cause she does not care your guys store very well at all, and it refuses to listen to the customer And is … So thankful for the Hamilton location cause I got my coffee that way
