Stores not supposed to close till 10pm and they were closed when I pulled up at 950pm. I know its late but they had 2 people working inside so couldn't have closed due to low staffing.

This place has gotten worse over time but tonight was the end of it for me. My kids ordered doordash and my sons sandwich was completely wrong so I took it back. There is a man working tonight who was literally digging his whole hands into the sandwich and passing out. I asked him if he was drunk or high and he says yes and proceeds to force me to take back the same sandwich. There was a young lady at the register working too and she had to explain to him that i did not want the sandwich at all cuz he was so out of it. I just asked her to make my sandwich and she did and also had way better customer service. Last time I went in there that same guy was asleep at one of the tables. So he's working drunk or high to the point he's digging his hands in people's food and passing out on the food, and also sleeping while being paid.. the owner should know about this because I've met him as well and I truly believe how hard he works and the hours he puts into that store he would not appreciate this at his store...

Went in on 9/10 around 420pm. The girl making the food, while waiting for the sandwich to be toasted pulled her phone out with her gloves on. Then proceeded to go back to making my sandwich. When I told her my concern about handling my food after touching her phone she asked me I wanted her to remake it but I declined her request and left.

The employees are nice and make my food quickly, which I really appreciate. But almost every time I’ve visited, something has gone wrong with my order. • The first time, they didn’t toast my sandwich. • The second time, there was a mistake with my cookies. • The third time, they did toast my sandwich, but gave me the wrong cheese—I asked for Pepper Jack (and it was written on the label), but they put American instead. I let it slide because it was busy when I visited first time but how many times is this going to happen?
I wish the staff would just double-check the ticket before making the sandwich. It’s all written there. Hopefully next time things go smoother. Thank you.

I was a customer picking up food and had to use the public restroom and they refused me to use the restroom and was very rude and unprofessional andSaid I couldn’t use it and they were yelling they had signs on both bathroom saying out of order when there’s nothing wrong with he restrooms there just not letting people use the bathrooms I was on there another time and they let another customer use the restroom even though the signs out of order was still on the doors the location is 1240 west Main Street unit 13 Hamilton Ohio 45013 the employee and the manager there was very rude yelling and saying don’t come back !!! Someone needs to address this that’s no way to act towards customers or people in a restaurant business
