The employees are nice and make my food quickly, which I really appreciate. But almost every time I’ve visited, something has gone wrong with my order. • The first time, they didn’t toast my sandwich. • The second time, there was a mistake with my cookies. • The third time, they did toast my sandwich, but gave me the wrong cheese—I asked for Pepper Jack (and it was written on the label), but they put American instead. I let it slide because it was busy when I visited first time but how many times is this going to happen?
I wish the staff would just double-check the ticket before making the sandwich. It’s all written there. Hopefully next time things go smoother. Thank you.

I was a customer picking up food and had to use the public restroom and they refused me to use the restroom and was very rude and unprofessional andSaid I couldn’t use it and they were yelling they had signs on both bathroom saying out of order when there’s nothing wrong with he restrooms there just not letting people use the bathrooms I was on there another time and they let another customer use the restroom even though the signs out of order was still on the doors the location is 1240 west Main Street unit 13 Hamilton Ohio 45013 the employee and the manager there was very rude yelling and saying don’t come back !!! Someone needs to address this that’s no way to act towards customers or people in a restaurant business

This is one of the cleanest Subways I’ve ever seen and the staff is extremely nice. I’ve been a few times recently and the food was great, you’re still getting Subway. I’ve seen some older reviews and I’m wondering if they’re under new management? I’ll definitely be heading back soon.
Drink was flat, bathrooms were closed so I couldn’t wash my hands, so I just got a bag of chips and a drink. If you are selling food people have to use their hands to eat and there is no sink and soap available it’s a huge red flag for me.

After watching a deluge of commercials about how their meats were sliced as we ordered our sandwich imagine how disappointed we were to see the meats in their in their normal porthole..Now they could've been recently sliced but we got there as the store opened. Trying to compete with another store (from Jersey) and misleading the consumers. I would've given them no stars but then no review. Count us as very disappointed.
