This is one of the cleanest Subways I’ve ever seen and the staff is extremely nice. I’ve been a few times recently and the food was great, you’re still getting Subway. I’ve seen some older reviews and I’m wondering if they’re under new management? I’ll definitely be heading back soon.

Drink was flat, bathrooms were closed so I couldn’t wash my hands, so I just got a bag of chips and a drink. If you are selling food people have to use their hands to eat and there is no sink and soap available it’s a huge red flag for me.

After watching a deluge of commercials about how their meats were sliced as we ordered our sandwich imagine how disappointed we were to see the meats in their in their normal porthole..Now they could've been recently sliced but we got there as the store opened. Trying to compete with another store (from Jersey) and misleading the consumers. I would've given them no stars but then no review. Count us as very disappointed.

Very clean and very polite staff! I ordered the Italian b.m.t. highly recommend that very good! Staff was very friendly and fast! Bathrooms were clean. Did not have to wait in line.

I ordered subway for delivery through their website. Subway was not delivered food from a completely different restaurant was. When I called to see what can be done. The lady who answered said we can’t help you and hung up the phone. I contacted subway through their website and have heard nothing. Maybe this will get my money back? I’ve included a picture of what was delivered as well.

I've visited this location since they opened many years ago. The place used to be the only subway in Hamilton but that's changed. I no longer prefer this location. The food is comparable to any other Subway. For the most part I've found the service to be okay, but not great. I'd recommend the cold cut combo, black Forest ham or Italian BMT.

This subway is always very fast and the employees are kind. The food always seems very fresh, making this one of my favorite locations to buy from.Wheelchair accessibility: Narrow entrance might make it difficult to get a wheelchair inside, but after that there are no barriers inside. Wheelchair parking is near the entrance.
