Placed an order through the app first time going to this SUBWAY® walked in and I asked if they had a rack for them to go orders. Lady rudely said no went back to work and stood there not either of the employees mentioned that it was behind the counter waited five minutes, before walking around to the side and just standing till they help me. Not everybody goes to the same restaurant all the time a little direction would’ve been nice and possibly a pleasant attitude. The younger lady was quite busy, but the older lady knew exactly what I needed and did not help whatsoever. The food itself was good on the light side with toppings, but overall good. Definitely not going back to this one and I buy quite a bit of SUBWAY®. I really wish you could take a tip away after this. They have you tip before they treat you badly.

I cannot say that the food wasn't good....it was. I prefer this Subway to the one on the West side of Hamilton or Oxford. I am a bit ticked off over their coupon procedure. I receive coupons in the mail. Was looking forward to 2 footlongs for $12.99. The young sandwich artist told me their register wasn't equipped to handle the coupons and it was online only. I attempted to order online while there only to have the code rejected. 4 people tried to read it and no combination worked. I was po'd at that point and ordered one 12 inch and one 6 inch which cost almost $17.00....a far cry from my coupon value. Why mass mail coupons that don't work no matter what you do. Next hankering for a sub I'll bite the $$$ bullet and give Jersey Mike's a try.

Bread (wheat 12" x2) dry, meat selections are blocked so you can't visualize. One sub ordered double meat ham & turkey, when able to visualize it it definitely looks like meat is sliced extra thin now.It seems like they're instructed to put extreme minimal amount of toppings. The subs use to satisfy, like most restaurants, appears to have cut back.

Great food, clean store, restroom is clean and an awesome staff. I eat at this store almost everyday. Make sure you try the footlong cookie they are so big you will need to share but they are fresh out of the oven when ordered.

Stopped in yesterday to see about catering for my daughters birthday today. The girl I talked with (I forgot her name bc I am the worst with names) was so nice and helpful! Even with a slight mix up with one of the subs I wanted to order on the platter, she called me and we had it all worked out. She made sure we had what we needed and was very accommodating and everything was fresh, delicious and perfect today! We will absolutely be doing this again! Highly recommend!

I stop at this location to grab 6inch veggie deli The old lady charged me double the price even the meat subs isn’t that expensive. I asked the receipt she was kind a hesitate since she took extra money but the gentleman was nice I told him she charge me twice the price and he refund me. The same thing happened to my husband before but he trust people never ask for receipt. Be careful if you are Asian she think you don’t understand English and charge whatever she likes I regret it I should left the tips.
