Great food very fresh the service is so friendly the staff member Michelle always makes my sandwiches an art work. Owner is super friendly. I will continue to go here and tell others!

What's the point of ordering online if you don't start the order until I get there?

Usually this place makes some really good Subway sandwiches. Except for today. Barely any meat and veggies. Couldn't even taste that it was toasted. Smallest tomatoes I've ever seen, with barely any on my sandwich. It was basically eating a 12 inch of bread that cost me over $9. Waste of money

I visited this subway at 2:15pm on 04-02-2025. I received a sub sandwich to which I paid near $10 for on the app. When I did curb side pick up I got my sandwich went home and saw I only got tuna, onion, green pepper and banana peppers. I called to complain and the manager got upset and claimed she made it and she made it how directed, except the recite shows more to the sandwich. When I told her I was coming, she waited for me then I explained to her to take a look at the sandwich- so she did. Then told me she wasn’t the one who made it, told me the other girl said she made it to order and that I took it home and stripped the sandwich myself to get something free. At some point many words were exchanged and she also managed to tell me I called and corrected my order and it should have only banana peppers on it. Even if that was done so the order would have still been wrong. She told me she could not remake it because they made it correct when they DID NOT. Then took my number and said the owner would call.

Super friendly staff with awesome food. Got 4 footlongs and they were full of food. The sandwichs were eaten in less than 5 minutes they were so good.

Placed an order through the app first time going to this SUBWAY® walked in and I asked if they had a rack for them to go orders. Lady rudely said no went back to work and stood there not either of the employees mentioned that it was behind the counter waited five minutes, before walking around to the side and just standing till they help me. Not everybody goes to the same restaurant all the time a little direction would’ve been nice and possibly a pleasant attitude. The younger lady was quite busy, but the older lady knew exactly what I needed and did not help whatsoever. The food itself was good on the light side with toppings, but overall good. Definitely not going back to this one and I buy quite a bit of SUBWAY®. I really wish you could take a tip away after this. They have you tip before they treat you badly.

I cannot say that the food wasn't good....it was. I prefer this Subway to the one on the West side of Hamilton or Oxford. I am a bit ticked off over their coupon procedure. I receive coupons in the mail. Was looking forward to 2 footlongs for $12.99. The young sandwich artist told me their register wasn't equipped to handle the coupons and it was online only. I attempted to order online while there only to have the code rejected. 4 people tried to read it and no combination worked. I was po'd at that point and ordered one 12 inch and one 6 inch which cost almost $17.00....a far cry from my coupon value. Why mass mail coupons that don't work no matter what you do. Next hankering for a sub I'll bite the $$$ bullet and give Jersey Mike's a try.

I walk in and I just tell them what bread I want and let them make me a sandwich. They pick the meat and toppings. They are an awesome staff. Very friendly.
