I really only go through the drive thru but the employees are always really nice and most of the time the food is great. Definitely better days to go to get good food than others but I really enjoy this Taco Bell.

They didn’t cut my quesadilla AT ALL they didn’t even try and my fiesta potatoes AND nacho fries were cold and unseasoned plus the container for the potatoes was broken and spilled them on me and my girlfriend

Been hitting this taco bell in between jobs recently and I gotta say, one or two times with slow service or bad food is understandable, but this place is hit or miss. It's taco bell, so you at least expect a baseline quality on the regular and idk why its so unpredicatble.

Ordered a cravings box with a Cheesy Gordita crunch and got whatever the heck this is… service was mid, which is whatever. But my Gordita crunch looks like it was sat on as it was made and makes me sad just looking at it. What did the Gordita crunch ever do to you?

I can't go to either taco bell in Hamilton anymore. Straight up nasty cold tacos. Don't trust it!
Literally the worse, requested things taken off due to allergies not only did it come with it but they added out onto other things that never came with it I had it delivered it was freezing cold drink was tampered with spent 50 dollors off food and delivery and not being able to eat any of it and all I got was a reward being put back on my account that was used on the order it was absolutely ridiculous

Not sure why theirs armed guards at a taco bell but I guess we can assume why ..just strange for this one in particular cuz I can't say I've ever heard of it being a danger zone. !

This Taco Bell is one of the most gross-out places in Hamilton. Please refrain from ordering from the inside if you plan to eat here; they will require you to order from the kiosk, and they will also refuse service from the front counter. The food is cold, and the steak at the location tastes like rubber. The people who work here are generally pretty cool, but some don't seem to know what they are doing for the most part. Avoid eating here at all costs.

These guys are awesome...they get a lot of homeless people...they seem to deal with them ,but in moderation...like they won't put up with no pan handling...but they seem to show them respect as long as they act respectful..they also hire a rent a cop on Thursday, Friday and Sat..it's a shame they need to do that,but it does make you feel safe..the rent a cop ( lack of a better word) is a good looking young man who is real passionate about law enforcement..he is actually quite smart..and ready to do whatever is needed...that's my 2 cents worth.
