Had dinner last night with colleagues from work at Tano Bistro. The overall experience was great. Our server was excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable. The food was incredible. Freshly prepared. It was obvious! I'll definitely go back when in town for business next time.
The food was wonderful. Our service was excellent. The setting and location are very nice.
Birthday dinner for my Mother. It was not very busy. Service was horrific. Ordered a second round of drinks took almost 30 minutes to get the drinks. Food was good but won't be going back.
Great location and tasty food with good cocktails. Service a bit slow at times and seemed to disappear at times when we were ready for another cocktail possibly. Seemed a little understaffed maybe...
Benjamin was very attentive, knowledgeable, and great to have serve us. We were celebrating my wife's birthday, and it was a great time. The restaurant was not busy, quiet, and easy to talk in. Our food was delicious and cooked to order. GREAT restaurant and time.
We had a lovely anniversary dinner at Tano. This was our second time there and the food was wonderful both times. Our server, Nikolaus, was attentive (just enough) and friendly and the manager stopped by a couple of times to check on us. They provided champagne and a dessert to help us celebrate. I had the stuffed salmon and my husband had the chile relleno and we both loved the meals. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the fact that the kitchen only had a curtain instead of a door, so we sometimes heard a fair amount of noise from there.
It's a real shame because the food, in my opinion, is good, but the service is horrible. I had to wait 1 hr for a cheese burger and fries, which never came because I got up and left. This isn't the first time when Tanos has had really long wait times. I really hope they can turn the service around because they do serve good food
We stopped in here on a lark, before getting back on the road to Cleveland. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND this restaurant. The service was friendly, informative, and on point! They made sure to ask if we had any food concerns and spoke to us about sensitivity issues. The food was simply wonderful. We had the crabcake and deviled eggs as appetizers and the ceasar salad with salmon filet and stuffed salmon for our mains. Be on notice: the crabcake was not made with chunky bits of crab, but the flavor with the slaw was delicious. The stuffed salmon with homemade chunky mashed potatoes was the ultimate comfort food!!
Myself and my son in law ordered the sirloin steak medium rare. Both came out medium well done. Rather dry. My wife order the pork chop medium and it came out well done. We had drinks, appetizers, entrees and desserts. Overall, food was just ok and not what we have experienced in past visits to Tano's.
Excellent drinks, food and service. Try and come here whenever visiting daughter at Miami.

Terrible experience and we had a one year old child in our party which I made reservations in advance. We waited an hour and half for our food which didn't ever arrive. We had drinks and appetizers and after another hour went by we left. Our waiter was didn't come by to check on us or give us any updates. Finally a manager came over and apologized for our wait but no real explanation as to why our food didn't come out. It was Mother's Day and the place was emptying out but there we sat. They didn't charge us for the drinks or appetizer but asked we leave a tip because it wasn't the waiter's fault. Very disappointed.
Terrible experience. Waited an hour and 20 minutes and still was asked “to be patient” while they made a grilled chicken salad.. won't be back that's for sure!
Great Brunch! Unique and delicious offerings.
Always a wonderful experience at Tano Bistro! The Tuscan Chicken Sandwich is one of my favorites and my husband's go-to is the Allegiance Pork Chop. Service is top-notch and I appreciate that I can make a reservation for high-top seating in the bar, where we enjoy the view of Marcum Park. Still one of our favorites!
Absolutely wonderful food and service.
