This is my favorite place in town, and a few months ago my family of 4 could eat here for $40-$50. We went there the other night and our bill was $91. I know it's not their fault because the food costs have gone up. Just not going to be able to eat here as much.

Service was slow, waitress was missing most of the time and it wasn't busy. She kept going outside, no refills, and unusually slow. Taco salad small and shell not edible.

Taqueria Guanajuato is my favorite restaurant and has been even when they were just a Taco Truck off of MLK & Long St. I have never ever had a bad experience here, either with food, service, or location.The food is top-notch and easily the best Mexican cuisine I've ever had. The authentic tacos are to die for, the quesadillas are amazing, the queso is fantastic, the steak & cheese fries are my favorite, the rice & beans, the to-go margaritas, I could go on & on. The staff is very friendly, especially the manager. The service is very quick and accurate. The atmosphere inside is perfect. It's so beautiful when you walk in, and the custom-engraved booths are a wonderful touch. My family and I come here all the time and will continue to do so for as long as they are here.
