Bartender didn’t know what an old fashioned was, or what simple syrup was. People at the bar were cool but the bartender was talking shit about me and my friend when we were trying to be as kind as possible about drinks that…. weren’t our favorites. We were saying “oh it’s okay don’t worry about it” *fake smiling* and we hear the bartender talking about us bitching about how we’re complaining on things. Then my friend says, loudly, that he is stepping out for a smoke. And the bartender tried to accuse me saying “hey your buddy, is he coming back?” And I say “yeah he just went out for a smoke”, but I continue to be chastitized about it like the bartender didn’t believe me. I’m sorry, do you mistake me as daft? If we were going to split, and we would never, one of us wouldn’t stay here. Especially not to take that kinda bullshit. Anyway, we’re trying to be lenient so we still tipped well and all. And we’d love to come back, but not if that bartender is working again.

first Bartender I had, let me know right away they didn't have oranges as I ordered an old fashioned. I was ok with that because I typically don't have oranges when I make em at home. that girl made me an awesome old fashioned. song my next order, of the same old fashioned. I was told we don't have bitters, as she held bitters in her hand. she didn't know what simple syrup was. this lady was much my senior, let alone any bartender should know how to make an old fashioned as it's the most basic old school drink there is. this woman sat that there and was telling everyone how I didn't like the drink. yet I never ditched about it. she claimed I didn't like my other drink, which I did. apparently when I told her I was stepping out to smoke a cigarette. she harassed my friend assuming I walked out on my tab. I don't know the woman's name, but she worked tonight Thursday the 29th of May. but for being my first time in that bar. she will be the reason I never go back. Sadly arches closed, but I'll go to main street places before I go back there. every bar tender should know how to make and old fashioned. whether they make it good or not is another story. but to be treated the way I was treated tonight. I'll never come back. kudos to the first girl that served me though. she answered all my questions, and served me a proper drink. for the way that other lady treated me. I'll spend my money elsewhere. and that's sad cause I was hoping they fill my arches gap

Definitely a local pub that caters to local regular patrons.Good karaoke night with some talent if your into thatDrinks are poured proper and priced rightDarts are big here as wellOne step above what's considered a dive bar with many personalities and respectful of others every time I have stopped inOn special events or gathering the regular patrons bring dishes in and if you are new then most likely you'll be offered to help yourself to the food and such if your interestedOwners are very friendly when they are in or stop by too
