I had a London fog and a cranberry almond scone. It was quite busy but service was quick and prices reasonable. The drink was delicious but the scone was just ok. I sat upstairs and knitted for a couple of hours. It was peaceful and quiet but I would have loved a cozy chair or something more comfortable than a hard booth or church pew. Still I will be going back when I need to get out of the house and work.

Coffee, cappuccino, lattes all amazing. Food is mediocre at best, but not to shabby if you are hung over and order the doctor. . Atmosphere lovely. Staff is friendly and art to buy from the walls. Small and quaint.

Third in line in their drive thru and it took 15 minutes to get through, no exaggeration. The car in front of me and my car only ordered two drinks each and you can see there is no crazy foot traffic entering. Ridiculous.

I just walked in at 4:30, after checking online before I drove over to see they close at 5. I was told their kitchen was already closed because they close in "15 minutes." Either your hours need to be adjusted to show you close at 4:45, or you need to notate in the listings for your hours that you close your kitchen/stop taking food orders a half hour before close.

True West has the best atmosphere and such great food. The Cindy Ann sandwich is always on point. I absolutely LOVE True West. Highly recommend!
Placed a pickup order that was prepaid and walked into a line. Politely asked a worker if she could grab it and was snapped at with an extremely rude tone. Tried to tell her it was paid for and before I could finish my sentence she said “I don’t care, you have to wait in the line”. Once again in a very rude tone. After I got my food at the counter, I was opening the bags to check the order. I was told by a different worker at the counter that it’s all there, not to worry. Well our 3 Lone Ranger wraps had no avocado or cheese. It was a $7 wrap with just egg inside. Rude staff that can’t get an order correct.

How can you botch vanilla ice coffee? Burnt coffee with little grains of unmelted sugar I really want to support small local businesses why make it difficult? If we could get a decent coffee shop here in Hamilton it would be greatly appreciated.

Employees are nice and swift. The atmosphere is so cozy and inviting. This would be a good place to have a business meeting, or bring your laptop and get some work done. There is an upstairs to hang out and sit at as well, which makes it really unique and different. I've had several different coffees here, they make a great cup of coffee. -repeat customer
