My sister &I stopped on high st. Hamilton Ohio on 5-5-25. We 2 ordered hash browns with chili and peppers, 2 biscuits and gravy. We was inside, I got sick and then we had to get it to go. The lady came out and said she forgot our biscuits and gravy, that she'd bring them out. Few minutes later she brought them to my window, when we got home, There was NO GRAVY, just grease water..on a biscuits, it was discussed, and made me even sicker. I feel I should be refunded, $32.50. I usually love WH..not now..

Tried to place online order to store across street from my house and sent to this store for some reason on the website... You can't call and cancel the order.. you can't go online to cancel the order . Stupid system . I'll never eat and order your high price food again

Food was really good and quick. Biggest parking lot i have ever seen for a waffle house. But.....I ordered a patty melt, waitress asked if I wanted onions on it, I said yes. She repeated our orders, she got my girls order right. But had me down for something totally different. I corrected her. Food came out and I didn't get my onions. No biggie but we just had a full conversation about it.

The waitress that was there today was very rude she kept talking about us where we could hear her and we didn't even do anything she kept saying she was mad because she should have been off by now but it's ok we only left her a dollar for a tip advice would be if you want to talk about your customers do it where they can't hear you please and I hope your day gets better
