Waited 16 minutes for our meal. Inside the dining room clearly, they were taking care of window traffic before dining room. When I asked them if that was the case, they just ignored me. I've never had to wait that long when there was no one else in the dining room.Ahead of me

Worst Wendy's meal I have ever had . 8.00 biggie bag cold dried out meat stale buns even the fries cold greasy took couple of bites then threw away waist of money and time since they kept asking me to repeat order said they couldn't hear me 🤮

Wendy’s High Street Hamilton Ohio location seems like a well managed operation. Dining area and restrooms were clean. Cashier was professional. Food quickly prepared. Location and parking very good. Looking forward to a return visit. If you like this review, hit the ❤️.

Absolutely upsurd!! I order a biggie bad for my daughter after her volleyball game and they gave us small everything! We got a Dr Pepper 3x to small and a frosty that was meant to be medium was a junior! And it was the size of my thumb! I’m very disappointed with my experience do better and tell your 24 year olds to give me the size I paid for!

The cashier was very nice but obviously new. She was kind and sweet. It took 17 minutes to get a chicken wrap and a half box of fries. The priority seemed to be drive through. The fry guy didn’t have on any gloves and I seen him throw a loose French fry in a box. Employees shirts were filthy like they hadn’t been wasn’t in days. Condiments were stocked at least. Just needs some things tightened up
