They were so rude. We waited 10 min up front before anyone even came up to take our order. Because the chick was outside smoking Then she acted like we were a burden because she had to co.e in. The dining room was disgusting, every table was dirty, My sandwich had two bottom buns. And they were not even busy. We were the only customers in the lobby.

Waited over 18 minutes for a very simple order. Every item was incorrect. Staff was very rude when I returned very dismissive and unprofessional hundred percent would never recommend this Wendy’s to nobody

This was a very nice and clean Wendy's. Most Wendy's are kept quite cool, so I was surprised at how warm it was in here.

Bought frosty from here, recently at least twice in as many days. Frosty was more like chocolate milk. Not frozen or even semi frozen. If you want milk this is the place to go. Don't go for frosty

Walked in stood for 7 minutes nobody said anything not be with you in a minute or anything and the person who was in front of me don't know what happened but they messed her order up passed her on my way walking out of the store as she was walking back in

Got another potato up side down in a bag to small Eat well neighbor hood trash pandas.Got home 7 minutes away. If a black arm gives you your food. It will be messed and up side down.
the food is great and all i mean its wendy’s. but i dont understand how a manager can scream at their employees and customers and then just back away like nothing happened. this morning i went to pick up my food and saw a manager screaming her head off at her employees, calling them names, berating them, etc. and being awful to customers. i feel genuinely bad for the employees considering they have to deal with that bright and early in the morning. I believe her name was amanda from what i could hear. this wendy’s should get new management or something because i can’t imagine having to deal with somebody this extra every day.

Very slow service and they don't get your order right sometimes.....they even forget to give you a straw for your drink and give you french fries instead of your nuggets in a Biggie meal order. Maybe they change staff all the time or there are not enough staff, but in all the times I went here for my kid's order, there is always a long wait.

Ordered DoorDash every bit Of my food was cold, fries were soggy, not the right sauce were given, Products missing, Gave wrong drinks. When called about the order blamed it on DoorDash When they’re the ones that have to make the food. Never had such crappy service.
