My experience from cashier was very polite and professional. She made sure I received everything I needed. Hardly a wait. I got my food within 5 minutes of my order and there were 4 cars ahead of me. A lot of parking space and handicap accessible.

My husband, 6 year old son, and I stopped in to grab something for dinner to go, but I wish we had stayed because this Wendy's has a fireplace! Talk about atmosphere! Well done Wendy's. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. We waited at the register for a bit while the cashier talked to his buddy about getting a job there, but it was less than 3 minutes. We ordered our for and they got the order correct the first time. They have a touch screen soda machine, so I gave them an extra star for their food because it's great to be able to add flavors to your drinks. Who doesn't like the option right?!? The food itself was ok. My hamburger had the condiments all in one bunch in the middle, so there that. The burger meat seemed more flavorless tonight for some reason. Still, it was ok. 3/5 stars for the food itself but, as I said +1 for the soda machine.

been coming here since location opened always done two orders all of a sudden tonight i would have to pull back around for the second one. place was not packed and lady was rude.

Waited in line for 15 minutes with only four cars in front of me at 2:30 PM. I ordered two cheeseburgers, a large fry, large Coke, small frosty, and a kids meal. Once I got to the window, I asked her if the straws and napkins were in the bag and she said yes and I said OK thank you and I left. As soon as I got on the road, I was missing a cheeseburger, and there were no straws, nor were there napkins in the bag. I understand that accidents happen, but when I directly ask if there are straws and napkins in the bag, and that person lies to me. I have a real problem with that. I will not be returning to this location due to the inconvenience of trying to drink my Coke Without a straw and I’m missing half of my meal. They also did not provide me with a receipt, which is also unprofessional

People who work the drive thru are RUDE as hell and they can never get your order right. If you want Wendy’s, go up to colerain or into Harrison. Ross is TRASH 🗑️

I left because I watched the drive thru lady grab her headset with a gloved hand. Then use that same same to scoop ice with a cup. She was arguing with someone on the phone as well.

Between Wendy's and Taco Bell in Ross they must shuffle the same group of workers back and forth because BOTH places are HORRIBLE at getting orders correctly. Tea was bad had to send all 4 sweet teas back for different drinks tasted like they had not cleaned the tea dispencer/maker out in AWHILE. GROSS!! Got home and my 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers were 2 doubles with cheese n bacon which is fine I guess if you like their pickles onions ketchup n mustard but I don't and that's NOT what I ordered so of course paid more. Other than that I paid money got food and something to drink just not what I came for or wanted. Now normally I would not even put up a bad post but this is a REGULAR occurence here and also at Taco Bell in Ross as well so.......Hey MANAGERS COULD YOU PLEASE DO BETTER?????
