Very very ghetto I made a big online order for pick up every went good until pick up since I paid online I had a electronic receipt they insisted I didn’t pay & that I have to pay again after I showed them the receipt and the money was taken off my card they still told me there was nothing they could do even though it was paid & I had all the proof I needed for a refund or the food so I eventually leave without anything i told myself I would just dispute it later so then I check my email & it thanked me for ordering & thanked me for picking up the food I never got meaning it definitely went through on both sides they told my bank I picked up the big order which WAS NOT TRUE AT ALL which resulted in my dispute to get denied They lied & got to keep a $30 order I do believe that was planned from the beginning I felt something was off just by even talking to the employees they give off scam and dishonest people they was a little to excited to keep the crave case but WONT BE GOING BACK TO THAT LOCATION ( High st Hamilton OH)

Actually never been to this one. Google mistakenly thinks I would let go of my grudge for being tricked into one of these in the early, early 90s by Lisenced To ILL. Wait a minute... was the title of that album, and the many references to White Castle on it actually a warning??? You've gotta fight for your right to double entendre.
I went to white castle around 1:30a.m.. overall food was hot. The only thing was the fries were sorta cold by the time I got home. Everything was well other than that. Thank you guys for the good food. Hats off to the workers pushing out food when big meals come through.
They will always make you a fresh cup of coffee.And they are polite, consistently and the restaurant always appears clean.

Shout out to the amazing employees of the White Castle on High Street in Hamilton who happily and respectfully filled a large, complicated order from a couple White Castle-less girls from Richmond Indiana! We will no longer go to Dayton for our crave cases, we’ll drive to Hamilton for the friendly and wonderful service!! 10/10!! You all deserve raises! ?

Got there bout 8pm. No line super surprised by that but we ordered a lot thru the drive thru and we caused a line to form ? sorry. But they made all of it correctly and were pretty time efficient too. Def recommend this
