Man, y’all get 1 star tonight. waiting on my wings since 6:04 it’s now 7:05 and STILL WAITING. When I came in at 6:20 she said 8 more minutes as if they were working on it.. no one even dropped the chicken for my order. Didn’t offer to take anything off the charge just asked if I want brownies. I don’t want brownies I want my food ready when yal said it would be ready. Then I hear y’all asking people who’ve waited as long as I have if not longer to submit a survey on their experience lol WOW.

I've always loved Wingstop. But lately they seem to not be so great. I usually order celery, half the time I dont get it. This time, I had the equivalent of half a stick of celery for my order which is crazy. Yesterday, I ordered my food before leaving work. A good 20-30 minutes later I arrived at the store. And they didn't start my order until I got there. After waiting for so long, they did offer me a free drink which was nice and told me they gave me extra ranches. Except I ordered a large ranch and received 5 small ones. So im pretty sure that close to the same amount. But still, fine. While waiting. Another customer came in who was missing wings that they also had to remake. Once I got home with my order. I realized they gave me extra wings which was a nice gesture, although im pretty sure it was on accident since i had no idea what flavor they were. And all of my garlic parm wings were plain, no flavor at all. I'm not sure whats going on with the store, but I think double checking people's orders would be a great start.

Ok are you gonna get your food on time? No. Are you gonna eat there? No. Does it look like it should be serving food at all? No. Do the bathroom doors lock? Also a no. However, the food will be correct and the xtra ranch on the side is my daughter's favorite spot to go for chicken.

Stopped by for the first time on a Sunday around 430. They were very busy with takeout orders and dashers. It took close to 25-30 minutes to get our food. I had original hot (tastes like Wings and Rings Buffalo mild) the wife had hickory BBQ. We also tried the buffalo ranch fries (not worth the price, the large size was rather small). The Cajun corn was okay. All in all, it was decent. Will we be back? Maybe...

My first time ordering was when I received a online coupon for 2 piece crispy tender. Of course I had to buy something so I purchased the cheese fries. The food was ready in the amount of time quoted. I was able to pick it up and enjoy it. It was hot and very tasty. I can see me returning soon.
