I can’t really review the food, or the service really, because we walked out thirty seconds after we walked in. Would you like to know why? They were out of — wait for it — ROOT BEER! They were out of freaking A&W Root Beer… at a restaurant called A&W FREAKING RESTAURANT!!! I cannot fathom the overwhelming mismanagement that leads to that! I just can’t. How do you run out of a product that’s literally written on the sign outside???
Unbelievable. I cannot think of a more efficient way for a restaurant to say, “We don’t give a damn.” But the kid working the register was really polite and apologetic about it — NOT!
Seriously, just close down if you’ve given up this much.

They are a KFC and a&w together and they didn't have any chicken or the mini corn dogs or the cheese curds when I went last time. I doubt that I go back for some time

We pulled up and the doors were locked at 1130 even though it should have been opened. We ended up seeing if the drive through was open it was. A worker was chilling in the parking lot with his kid and gf. On a trip with kids it is not great to eat in a car.

I asked for no mustard and waited in a long drive-through line got my sandwich took a bite and had mustard in it. I am allergic. I wanted to go inside and address this, but the doors were locked and they made me wait in the drive-through line to talk to somebody and I asked for a refund And they told me they don’t do refunds and that I should go to the hospital for being allergic. Horrible experience and customer service!!!! Sorry A&W you just lost a lifetime customer.

This A&W is just sad man. I had never been to an A&W before and had a decent experience my first time through. I’ve been several times since and it’s been bad each time. The workers clearly don’t want to be there and don’t bother hiding it. They’re constantly out of root beer, ice cream, and other food items. Like isn’t that your thing? Burger King should never run out of burgers, KFC should never run out of chicken. My theory is the workers just don’t feel like making the food or drink so they say they’re out or they’ve stopped serving it for the night. Smh, just sad. We won’t be back.

Terrible customer service. Could not substitute legs for thighs. Not sure if it's training or ignorance. Will never go to this KFC again
I would give zero stars if possible.Food was unappetizing and cold. No straws or napkins available. The cashier was both rude and inattentive. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting! I wasted 37 dollars for food that my family and I could barely eat..

We stopped here on the way to our vacation since we have been to an A&W in years. We were so pumped to try and heir root beer floats but when we got to the register, there didn’t have any root beer!That’s like going to KFC and they not having any chicken. Extremely disappointing but what can you do. Every trash bin was overflowing and the food was mid at best. Noted to not stop here again.

It's been 4 years now since the Wuhan flu hit, and these people still aren't opening up their dining area. If you are in an rv, just keep going east or west whatever way you were going, there's plenty of food everywhere there's no reason to go here
